A plan for Charlie's perfect date

Charlie nodded. Swiftly turning, Adelia was about to walk away but was suddenly grabbed by Willow. "Hey, wait! We'll just go together," To ensure that she was coming with them, he asked, "You're free on Saturday, right? We're gonna hang out together."

"Oh, Saturday? Let me see..." She thought for a moment before exclaiming, "Hmm...Yep! I'm free."

Clenching his fist, Charlie said 'politely', "I'm sure Miss Adelia must have something planned for that day, right?"

Your words and tone are not matching, Mr. Male lead!

By now, Adelia knew that side characters like her aren't the ones to mess with the leads. Acting like she just remembered something important, she exclaimed, "Oh, uh, wait! I think I actually have something to do on Saturday!"

With that, she turned, intending to walk away.

Trying hard to maintain his smile, Willow forcefully pulled her back. "I don't think so, Adelia. I'm quite sure you're very, very free on that day."

'Just get the damn signal! I don't want my chastity to be taken!'

"No Willow, I certainly have something on that day,' She said firmly. Charlie was smiling, satisfied with her answer. "Now if you'll excuse me-"

Knowing this stupid girl isn't going to act in his favor, Willow had no option left and has to use the last resort. Honestly, he was trying not to use it, but sometimes you have to do what you gotta do.

Placing his hand on his chest, he cried, "Oh, why is it suddenly painful here?"

Realization dawned in her eyes. Sweating, she pleaded silently with her eyes, trying to entice his pity. However, all Willow returned was an evil smirk, his threat clear.

'Sorry Mr. Male Lead, but I wanna save my life. God knows what you'll do if you find out I hit him!'

"Actually, I'm coming with you guys. I'll make time for my dear brother, okay?"

Charlie wasn't listening. Eyebrows knitted anxiously, he asked, "Are you alright? What pain? What happened?"

Softly removing his hands, Willow smiled, delighted with Adelia's answer. "I'm alright. Now, as you see, we three would meet on Saturday. Bye!"

Today was a happy day. Well, for him anyway.

Two almost in sync sighs were heard, much to the annoyance of two certain people.

"What happened, Charlie?" Athanasia asked, supporting her phone by her shoulder as she read some documents.

"Sister! Oh my god, I'm so happy!!!"

Hearing his voice full of happiness, Athanasia immediately sat up straight, abandoning the documents without a second thought.

"What! Really? I'm so glad."

Charlie was all smiles as he explained, "Sister..."

"-I actually asked them!"

"What did they say?!" The excitement in her voice was evident. Well, it was the first time her brother ever asked someone out, even if it was just for hanging out. The answer was obvious anyway. Can someone really turn down a guy as awesome, handsome, attractive and smart as her brother?

"They said...Yes! I'm so excited! Anyway, sister, I can't decide what to wear. I know a mere human like me cannot ever compare with a heavenly being like them, but I at least want to be presentable enough to stand beside them without ruining the surreally beautiful image."

"..." 'I envy you, Adelia Astor. The most attractive guy in the universe, for whom even aliens simp for, is downgrading himself like this for a mere girl like you.'

His worshipping tone changed to disgusted as he continued, "Although there will be a hindrance there too. Their sibling is also coming along."

Oh, was Willow Astor coming too? Should she take care of him so he doesn't show up?

"Charlie, don't sound so down. Should I take care of their sibling so they won't disturb you two?"

"..."

'Are you misunderstanding the 'take care', brother?!'

Since she knew what impression Charlie had of her, she added, "-Of course I'm not going to harm them! Trust me a little, okay?"

Athanasia continued, "I'll just make them disappear while you enjoy your date with your crush! I'll hold them somewhere so they don't disturb you two!"

Charlie also liked the plan. Since she wasn't going to harm that bug and Willow won't be sad because of his sister's death, it was perfect. Now, it'll be just the two of them.

There was still one problem left. Charlie pointed out, "-But they're going to arrive together, I think."

Athanasia grinned, "Don't you worry about that. I can even make a person disappear into thin air, you know."

"Your date...will be absolutely perfect."

-And without Willow Astor. Enjoy with Adelia, brother!
