13. Alice in Keahi Land - Part 2

Akamu got pulled into the Dark with his mouth closed by someone's hand.

He tried to make a sound but couldn't. The feeling of fear paralyzed him as he tried to see who was holding him.

It was a girl, with her hair hanging in the front of her face. It was a spooky sight to see in the Dark, with the only lights were from the Stars that didn't help the situation get any better.

Akamu was genuinely scared, thinking something paranormal was happening, kicking his hands and legs, trying to escape.

It was slowly working as he managed to escape her grip, immediately holding the protective charm he carried.

"Shit shit shit!!!

Don't come near me. Or I'll"

Akamu's voice trembled in fear as he said it.

"Or you'll what"

*The Girl slowly crawled towards him, speaking in a chilling voice as she got closer*

*Akamu was shaking in fear, getting backed up against a wall as he shivered in fear, hearing his own heartbeat as the sweat covered his body*

The Girl inspected him, suddenly grabbing the Charm and holding it.

"Think this will stop mee ?"

She threw it away, pushing Akamu further into the small cave. Watching him tremble and crawl around to escape.

The Dogs outside began howling at that time as the Girl looked back.

"Dinner time"

*The girl looked back at Akamu, smacking her lips as she joined her hands together in a praying position*

"Thank you for the Meal"

"No no nooo…."

Akamu screamed as the girls hands came towards him in a grabbing motion.

He balled himself up, covering his head in fear as he continued to say No and Sorry.

*He could feel his body being shaken a little as he closed his eyes tightly, wanting it to end before it did after a minute.

Akamu was still afraid to open his eyes, but wanted to know if he was safe.

After a few Minutes, he slowly opened his eyes, looking around to see if she was gone. Slowly getting up and regaining his composure.

He could feel something wet beneath his feet, looking down.

Upon further inspection, he knew he had wetted himself in fear.

"Shhhittttt…. That was scarryyyyyy.

I should've stayed home instead of coming out"

Akamu talked to himself as he slowly moved to the Entrance, trying to escape before another event like that happened.

He peeked out straight from the Entrance, looking to see if anyone was in front of him.

A slow sigh of relief followed as there was no sign of the girl. He slowly crept out the Entrance.

"Going so soon ?"

The spine chilling voice of the Girl was heard again. This time coming from the Side of the Entrance.

Akamu slowly looked as he saw her sitting there, watching Akamu through her hair on her face.

"Please don't hurt mee!!  I'm the only son to my parents.

I promise I won't come here again. So please don't eat me"

Akamu shook in fear as he sat on his knees, bowing and pleading with the girl.

The Girl remained silent, before bursting out laugher

"Eat you….

HAHAHAAA!!!!

The Strongest Kid in the World pissing his pants in Terror

What a Jokeee!!"

The Girl laughed looking at Akamu, pointing at his wet pants.

"What the…

Wh- Who are you"

Akamu asked. To which the Girl responded as

*I'm Alice. I live down your home in the Village"

"Alice ?  I haven't seen you in the Village"

"I should say that. Scaredy cat"

"I'm notttt. I'm just easily spooked by all events happening"

Akamu slowly regained his composure, getting a good look at the girl.

"Weren't you the one who said You were the strongest kid in the World.

Now look at you. Wetting ur your pants in terror"

Akamu looked down. Her words reminded him of his weakness again.

"Why-Why are u here.  Just to bully me like the rest of the village does ?"

Akamu was disappointed in himself.  And this incident reminded him how physically and mentally weak he was.

"I got better things to do instead of wasting my time bullying a weak kid like you"

The girl said. Feeding the dogs the food she had brought with her.

"So why are you here ?"

Akamu asked her, now beginning the first of many questions he was going to ask.

"To gather Volcanic Stones and rubble to make jewelry".

The girl replied.

"How ?. It's just rocks. No one's going to buy them"

"Heh"

The girl shrugged

"That's what the Villagers say. Dumb fools who don't know how to make best of the Situation"

"Are you trying to scam people then?"

"No. I just know what their value is. And I'm using to to make loads of money"

The Girl said as she began collecting the Rocks around them, packing it up.

"They're not that special. They're just regu-"

Akamu stopped, looking at the Rock he was holding.

It felt a little squishy, with some air holes in it.

"Have I grown strong ?"

"No u big dummy"

The girl grabbed the Rock from him.

"This is a Magma rock. The remains of the rocks thrown from inside the Volcano during the Eruption.

It's naturally squishy and has air holes formed in it.

There are people who pay good money for Bracelets and Jewelry made from it.

Akamu's eyes widened

"But doesn't this belong to the Volcano? My Grandpa said everything in this Village belongs to it. We're just Guardians to it"

"Well ur Grandpa is dumb"

The Girl said it in an Annoyed tone.

"WHAT DID YOU SAYY!!!"

Akamu tackled the girl down as she said it.

"TAKE IT BACK. MY GRANDPA IS NOT LIKE THAT"

"Get. Get off me"

*The Girl pushed him off, moving away from him

Akamu was still weak, not having much grip*

"Then go Ask your Grandpa why they sell vegetables and crops produced in the farms.

Why not just dump it into the Volcano as food for it"

*The Girl began leaving*

"I…

Then why did you tell me about the Jewelry then ?"

"Because I like you"

*The girl disappeared from sight*

Akamu was lost for words, not knowing what to say. He thought about what the girl said, going back to the Village to ask his Grandpa more about it.
