Millie

Walking down the halls side by side, Alissia looked over at Princess Fina, who had a small blush on her face. "Is what was said still bothering you?"

"Ah? Ummm… I don't know…." Princess Fina replied, slightly startled, her cheeks growing hot.

Alissia shook her head as she stood in front of Princess Fina and hugged her. Princess Fina's body froze, but as she felt Alissia stroking the back of her head, she began to melt. Her hands which were at her side, moving up and down, unsure if she should hug Alissia back. "Fina. You only need to follow what your heart tells you. We are friends at this time. So there is no rush to figure things out now. We will slowly get to know each other, and if sometime in the future you decide you like me in such a way, let me know."

Hearing Alissia's soft and gentle voice entering her ears, Princess Fina's body fully relaxed. She reached up and hugged Alissia back as she nodded her head. Alissia was right. There was no reason to worry about such things now. They just got to know each other. For now, they could just stay like this. Friends….

The servants at their side, who had watched everything from start to end, all smiled. They began liking Alissia more and more even though Alissia was someone who liked other girls instead of men. But to them, it seemed Alissia was more manly and princely than any man could ever be. Some of the maids even wished Alissia would hug them.

After the two's body's parted, Alissia took Princess Fina's hand as they walked down the halls. Princess Fina felt at ease now as she interlocked her fingers with Alissia. She did not notice the new blooming sensation in her heart that was starting to take shape.

As Alissia walked through the door, she was immediately hugged by a red headed ghost. "Young Miss!"

"Millie, it was decided you would call me Alissia from now on." Alissia said as she flicked Millie's forehead. "Come stand up. I have a decree for you."

"A decree for me?" Millie asked in confusion. She did not know why she would get a decree. She was nothing more than a lowly servant.

"Mm… So Millie, stand up straight!" Alissia said with a smile, causing Millie to do just that. She stood there with a nervous look on her face, her back straight and her hands to her side.

Seeing this, Alissia let out a chuckle as she pulled out a scroll. "Ahem…. I, County Princess Alissia Greyworth, hereby declare Millie Greyworth my legal sister and family member. You will now be freed from servitude and are free to do as you please with your life."

"Wha!? Youn…. Alissia, what do you mean!? Millie Greyworth? Legal sister? Wait, no, County Princess!? Huh? What!? Huh!?" Millie was beyond confused. She had no idea what was happening.

"As I said, you are now my legal sister by kingdom law and a member of my family. Not part of the crap family we came from, but my own Greyworth family. I even got an estate and some land in the south. Hehe…. How do you feel? Amazing, right!?" Alissia hugged Millie as she said: "I just want you to have a free and wonderful life to do as you please and not be bound by servitude."

"I.... Alissia!" Millie burst into tears as she hugged Alissia tightly. Millie could not contain her feelings. Her young miss, no, her sister, treated her so well. Princess Fina watched from the side with a small smile on her face. Just seeing Millie crying tears of happiness made her tear up as well.

Millie took a while to calm down as she held the scroll in her hand as if it was a precious treasure. She already planned to put it someplace where she could look at it every day. It was what made her a new person. A person who now held a last name. Normally for people like her who were sold off, only kept a first name. And now she had a last name, and it was the last name of the person she cared about most in the entire world. The one person she had grown up with and had gone through so many hardships with. Millie couldn't stop smiling. She had never felt so good in her entire life.

Alissia was glad Millie was happy. But now she had to deal with what was to come. "Fina, what do you plan to do?"

"Hmmm?" Princess Fina tilted her head, not understanding Alissia's question.

"I am planning to head to the new estate and see what needs to be done. I already got this month's pay, so I plan to use it to get people to work at the house to keep it clean and whatnot. After that is settled, I plan to go to the adventurers guild to register. I mean, I had to kinda force your father into giving me a residence close to it."

Earlier….

"What do you mean I can't have this one!?" Alissia yelled out as she looked at the map with free estates that she could choose from.

"It's too far from the castle!" Gerad yelled as he answered back.

"Who the hell cares? It is closer to the adventurers guild! I don't want to be an hour ride from the damn place. Look, fifteen minutes is much closer!" Alissia's cheeks were red with anger. She did not wish to walk an hour every day to get to the adventurers guild!

"But I want you closer to the castle so Fina can visit you easier!" Gerad was now set on pushing the two together, so the closer Alissia was to the castle, the more they could meet.

"Then she can come live with me. Not like she is doing anything here in the castle anyway. Why are you being so damn uptight!? Just give me this estate here! Otherwise, I will start breaking your castle!" Alissia yelled while drawing her foot back as if she was about to kick the wall next to her.

"Wait! Alright! Damnit! Why are all the women around me so damn unreasonable!?"
