New Home Part 1

"That's right…." Princess Fina answered as she remembered the look on her father's face that was filled with defeat.

"You don't have to come if you do not want to." Alissia did not know if Princess Fina was busy or not, so she could only ask if she wanted to come or not.

"Umm…" Princess Fina fidgeted for a few seconds before continuing. "Were you joking about me moving in with you?"

"Hmmm?" Alissia thought for a moment and remembered she did say something like that. She looked at Princess Fina, who had a bit of expectation in her eyes, and internally chuckled as she decided to tease the girl a little. "You can move in if you want, but I just might steal a few kisses here and there."

"Ah? It… That's fine…. I just wish to spend as much time as I can with you…." Princess Fina answered. She, in truth, did not mind it when Alissia kissed her before.

Alissia was slightly shocked by Princess Fina's answer but at the same time happy as well. She wondered if this girl was starting to swing her way. "Alright then. But just so you know, I might be gone for long periods of time. So you might be home alone a lot as well."

"That's fine… You can even leave the servants to me. I will bring my own." Princess Fina perked right up after hearing she could move in. "For now, let me pack a few days' worths of clothing. And then I will have the rest delivered tomorrow."

Seeing Princess Fina becoming excited and watching her face light up with a smile that could topple a nation, Alissia wondered just how many men in the world would want to kill her for taking such a beauty out of the mating pool. But this did not mean Alissia was not happy about Princess Fina's response. In fact, she couldn't wait to steal those lips once more. Even if it is only a peck, it was still a peck in the right direction.

Two hours later, three girls stood in front of the gates to a large estate. The gates were well maintained even though this estate was said to be empty since it was built. The castle always kept people on site to clean and maintain the estate. This was the same for all the estates under the royal family.

"To think it was actually this big…." Alissia pursed her lips. She wondered how she even got to be able to have such a house in the first place. She spent so long in her past life living on the streets trying to make enough money to buy food, and now she spent two days in this world, punched a few people, and bam, she owns a huge estate and even has a title. Everything was so surreal that if this was a dream, she never wanted to wake up from it.

"This is actually the smaller of the estates, but I think it is fine as well. I never saw the need for such large homes except to show off." Princess Fina said as she grabbed Alissia's hand and pulled her back towards the carriage. "Come on, let's go. It is still ten minutes until we reach the main house."

Alissia was still caught up in the fact that she was told this was the smallest of the estates, and yet it was still ten minutes to the main house. By carriage at that. Alissia sighed. Were all rich people like this?

They had three carriages with them. One had their things but mainly held Princess Fina's stuff. She packed only a few things. The other had Princess Fina's most trusted maids. And lastly, the one the were in.

When they pulled up to the estate, a long line of people were waiting outside, which confused Alissia. "Why are there…." The staff who were taking care of the estate were supposed to have left yesterday and given new jobs. So the place should have been empty. So to see so many people here, Alissia was quite confused.

"That stupid old man must have sent them! No, wait…." Princess Fina looked outside and saw a familiar person. "Mother!"

"Hoho! Fina! It's great that you decided to nourish your love with County Princess Alissia. I so wanted you to…. Ouch! Why did you kick me!?" The Queen cried out as she hopped around on one foot. Standing in front of her was a golden haired beauty whose whole face was bright red.

Alissia, who was still in the carriage, stared at the empty seat next to her, unblinking trying to figure out what had just happened. "Uh…. Millie…."

"Yes?" Millie answered back, but she had the same dumbfounded expression as Alissia.

"Is it just me, or did Fina just teleport?" Alissia asked.

"I believe she just did….. I think princess Fina is a space time mage…." Millie answered.

One of the few rare elements that most could only dream of using, and the girl she was trying to bring to her side was able to use it without even blinking. "I see… This was one of the magics you told me about, right? Rare magic?"

"Yes, you need a special kind of mage soul to be able to use it. It seems Fina has this mage soul." Millie explained. Besides the mana body, there was a thing called mage souls. Mage souls let Mages know their main element. And also gives the mage an idea of what kind of mage they should be. Normally there were two kinds. Based on the main elements. A soul shaped as a staff representing casters and a soul shaped as a sword representing battle mages.

"Millie, I think I need you to go over these things again later. I will need to take it all in slowly." Alissia could already feel another headache coming on. This world had a very strange and complex power system, and it made her brain hurt.

"Once we settle in for the night, we can go over everything. You also wished to read those books right?" Millie asked. She remembered that Alissia had punched her elder sister for stealing these books. So she could only guess that Alissia wished to read them.

"Mmm… So you will be sleeping with me tonight!" Alissia said with a big grin.
