Cute little genius

From what he saw earlier, he was considering cleaning off the word serious-minded, with the scene witnessed earlier but when he remembers he was kidnapped, he decided to add, cold and lacking human sympathy.

During lunch, Wen YanJun was not surprised when the father kept placing his favorite dishes on his plate, but when the son joined, he was taken aback and felt unable to accept such treatment from the little cute boy who insisted on sitting beside him.

He could not eat as placed his cutlery down. he did not know what their favorite dishes were and he was scared of giving them something they could be allergic to but he could not keep eating the dishes the pair placed for him.

"Could you please stop?" he asked the master of the house unable to look at the boy as he spoke.

Lu Mingyu who was picking another dish with his chopstick stopped and met We YanJun's angry gaze. "You do not wish to eat, anymore?" he asked so innocently anyone who did not know the man's shamelessness will have their heart melted by that low musical voice that filled the large space.

Wen YanJun glanced between father and son and was forced to conclude that forsaking these appetizing dishes was the best way to prevent himself from getting overly fed.

"Yes, I will stop eating now," Wen YanJun replied as calmly as he could because he could not forget how dangerous his abductor was. He smiled difficultly begging his luck that he will be pardoned from rejecting the delicacies on the table.

"I had them prepare your favorite dessert," the man told him to his greatest relief. "You would not mind waiting, right?"

"I won't," Yan Jun was forced to submit despite how much he wanted to leave. YanJun could not ignore that gaze from his side. He was forced to look at the boy. "I am simply not hungry," he explained to the boy guiltily.

The boy smiled and continued eating. YanJun felt very uncomfortable, anyone would feel the same way. Both father and son did not care about anything else but ensuring he ate enough.

It made him more uncomfortable that the boy who was possibly almost a couple of decades younger than him was trying to feed him. It gave him a nursing home vibe; he could not accept when he was only a few years old than two decades.

He looked at the dishes wanting to help the little boy but when and when the father placed a peeled shrimp on the boy's rice bowl, YanJun began peeling more for both father and son.

The bow smiled with his mouth stuffed with food. He stretched his hand to wipe the sauce on the boy's lips and placed fish in his bowl and it felt so natural that he did not have time to pause and reflect on his actions until he fed the father and son until his hands got tired.

Lu Mingyu smiled softly. When Wen YanJun looked at him, he turned away and began eating the served dessert. It felt like dream to see YanJun eating with him at the same table. He has waited for so long for that dream to come through and like almost all his dreams, it came to pass.

He felt warm and he could not hold back the smile even when YanJun met his gaze. The smile only broadened when he looked into those beautiful eyes that captivated his heart although not as much as those pink lips of his.

YanJun felt his face heat under that intense gaze it made him look away almost immediately to hide that blush.

"What is the app you created about?" he asked the boy when they were done eating lunch. After a while of being unable to talk to anyone for a while now, he was able to talk to this boy whose intelligence threatened to make him look dumb.

The boy was so basic with his explanation which made him very comfortable with the boy. He knew the boy had to have inherited his father's intelligence and he will most likely not be able to converse with the boy if he was going to speak like the genius he was.

"You must like gaming a lot, right?" he was forced to ask since it was a gaming app the boy created.

"Yes, I used to game a lot when I was younger," the boy replied nodding energetically. "Dad taught me everything I needed to know to create my dream game."

"You must feel very happy to have achieved that, right?"

The boy gave another energetic nod that made YanJun fear for his cute head. He could not imagine he was having such an adult conversation with a child this young. "Yes, but it is still getting tested," the boy replied maturely.

"Oh, but I think it will do well," YanJun encouraged the boy with a gentle pat on his shoulder like the older group members always did when he was feeling disheartened. "I will need my phone to test it, right?"

The boy nodded again but with less energy this time.

Lu Mingyu who heard their conversation frowned slightly. That was unexpected. "I guess you want to get your phone back," he commented as he walked out of the room.

Wen YanJun glanced at his departing back and returned his gaze to the boy with an innocent smile despite the guilt that stabbed him hard with the thought that he used the boy. He also felt anxious because he was not sure if he will be given his phone.

He thought of what to lighten his mood with before asking the boy, "What is your name?"

"My name is Lu Jason," the boy replied. "But I told you earlier," the boy added.

YanJun remembered not hearing a sound when the boy spoke to him first. He must have said it then. He wondered who the boy's mother was. She had to be a very beautiful woman because it will require two perfect parents to give birth to this flawless child.

"I must have forgotten."

"You should not forget again," Lu Jason warned him with a cute pout.

"You have a beautiful name, I will never be able to forget it," YanJun replied with a bright smile hoping to earn the boy's trust with every word he said.
