Tanya's POV

It's been two whole weeks and I was sick of staying confined to our bedroom. I know it sounded unfair to say that because it was entirely my fault, however, it couldn't stop how I felt.

I was a free woman and therefore didn't deserve to be held like a prisoner. I knew if I'd permitted myself to think hard enough, I would see I was one, though not literally, my actions made me one.

To escape the truth rather, I didn't allow myself to think of it that way as I paced atop the marble tiles in fitting jeans, a black long-sleeved crop top, and black sneakers.

I was thankful Dante had taken it upon himself to get me new clothes as it was impossible to keep wearing his for that duration. I was also glad I'd left most of my things when I retreated with Leo and Sarah, coupled with that helped to solve my clothing problem.
