"What is that, darling?" Dante implored, reaching for my arm on the table.

"It- it's nothing," I stammered and smiled forcefully.

"Come on, don't be modest," Dalia urged and I fidgeted in my seat. 

"You can tell me anything," Dante conversed, his eyes narrowing.

"Don't mind Dalia she's ju--"

"Are you pregnant?" He queried cutting me short, and my mouth gaped open for seconds till I closed it.

"It has to do with that but," Dalia murmured under her breath and I was sure everyone heard.

"I'm not pregnant," I cleared the air, searching my brain for something suitable to say. "It's only that my book is making hits and it made it to the number 3 in bestseller ranking on Amazon this month."

"That's great news," Victor spoke while Ricky and Dalia exchanged looks.
