To The Park

Lukman supported his chin with both hands.  "You have to eat a lot of nutritious food, Honey.  I don't want my father to know that you are not getting fatter or thinner," replied Lukman who showed his concern and affection for Rena.

Hearing the answer from Lukman, Rena rolled her eyes lazily.  She could not understand her husband.  "I don't want to gain weight, and if I force my already full stomach, I will throw it up again later," explained Rena telling Lukman.

Lukman nodded at Rena's words.  Lukman was happy to hear Rena's chattering voice.  Lukman wanted to keep teasing Rena so that the girl would continue to babble.  However, Lukman also feels sorry for Rena if she continues to be annoyed.

"Yeah, okay," replied Lukman.  Then Lukman turned to the housekeeper not far from the dining table.  "Miss, just one more hour to make it okay,"  Lukman said to the housekeeper.

The housekeeper turned and nodded.  "Yes, Sir."

Lukman looked back at Rena.  "To the park again, let's go! Get some fresh air while talking about your lectures," Lukman exclaimed as he stood up from his seat.  Rena's head nodded as a sign that she agreed.

"Can you walk alone?"  Lukman asked while watching Rena who was carefully trying to stand up.

 "Yes," replied Rena, walking slowly.

"Do you want me to carry you again?"  The question from Lukman was given a sharp look by Rena.  Rena then shook her head, she didn't want to be carried by Lukman anymore.  Cautiously Rena kept trying to walk.  While Lukman chose to walk behind Rena.  He was worried that Rena would fall.

"Aw…." Rena screamed in pain and stopped her steps.

 "Pain again, huh?"  Lukman asked.

"Yes.  Let's just sit in the living room, okay?" said Rena.  Lukman confirmed Rena's statement.  After that Lukman forced Rena to want to walk with Lukman's help.  Finally, Rena wanted to.

"Be careful!" said Lukman while helping Rena sit on the sofa.  After Rena sat down, Lukman sat beside Rena.  "Do you want me to massage again?  Or do you want to go to the doctor?"

"No need," replied Rena in response to Lukman's question.  Lukman did not want to force Rena, the man immediately obeyed what Rena said.  There were moments of silence.  Rena and Lukman were both lost in their thoughts.

"So have you decided where you will continue your education abroad?"  Lukman asked first to break the silence between them.

"Well, that's that then.  I want to continue in England.  But do you allow it?"  Rena again confirmed the permission from Lukman.  Lukman as Rena's husband nodded.  "But you still pay for me right?"  continued Rena who thought about the cost.  On second thought, Rena didn't want her savings to be used up for college and living abroad.  Rena needs money from Lukman, if she asks her father, of course, it will not be given because Rena already has a husband.

Lukman smiled.  The worry was visible on Rena's face.  So Lukman can know if Rena is also thinking about the cost of her education.  "Yeah, calm down!  As for the cost, I'll take care of it," said Lukman, calming Rena's worries about the cost.

"Thank you very much,"  Rena said so happily.

Lukman's eyes stared fixedly at Rena.  "Then when are you leaving?"

Without thinking for a long time, Rena immediately replied, "Maybe in two weeks.  I also have to prepare many things there later," explained Rena.

Lukman's brow became wrinkled.  "Prepare what?"  asked Lukman who then let out a long breath.  Before Rena answered Lukman's question, the man spoke again, "You don't have to bother, Rena.  About your apartment and equipment, let me take care of it, including registration for college and going there."

Hearing what Lukman said made Rena's heart happy.  Rena did not expect Lukman to be so supportive and caring.  But a question mark appeared in Rena's mind suddenly.  Rena's face had now turned flat and normal.  Rena also looked at Lukman with an unusual look.

"Why do you seem happy that I am going overseas?"  Rena finally asked the question.  Rena's eyes did not leave Lukman's eyes.

 "Hah?"  Lukman was stunned.

Rena nodded.  "Yes, you are strange, why are you so supportive of me continuing my education abroad?"  Rena asked while looking at Lukman.

Lukman took a deep breath and rubbed his face.  "Didn't I already say that I will always support your development?  Rena doesn't think anything is wrong.  I love you, I don't want to limit your space so you think that matchmaking is so bad," explained Lukman at length.  Rena was silent hearing Lukman's explanation.

What do you think, Rena?  Rena grumbled in her heart.

"Is your leg healed?"  Lukman asked Rena who was getting ready to leave.

Rena saw Lukman from the mirror reflection in front of her.  "Still hurts but only a little," replied Rena who then put pink lipstick on her tiny lips.

Lukman walked over to Rena.  The man stood beside Rena who was still busy with various makeup on her face.  "But-"

"I just want to eat ice cream, and eat seafood outside.  I didn't invite you to go around the mall," Rena quipped.

Lukman nodded in understanding.  "Okay."  The atmosphere became quiet again, Rena was still busy continuing her makeup while Lukman watched Rena.

"Done," said Rena as she re-tidied the makeup tools she had used earlier.  She stood up from sitting down.  "Come on!"
