chapter twenty ~ ring shopping

It has been a few weeks since the war and I'm at the ring shop door to get the perfect engagement ring f0or Izzy. Im with zoe and Jade. They are helping me get one she will like. Mine and izzys pups were born a week ago. The little boy was born first. We name him Grayson  and his sister was born 10 minutes later. We named her Gem. Grayson will be the next Alpha and Gem will be the next beta.

Me, Zoe and Jade enter the Ring shop. We walk to their cash register. Behind the cash register is a teenage girl that looks about Izzy's age. Welcome to Gem and Jewelry my name is Crystal how can I help you. The girl said. We're here to buy engagement ring. I'm looking for a moonstone engagement ring. I tell her I want a moonstone engagement ring because as we're werewolves and the moon is the home of the moon goddess.

Yes follow me me. The moonstone jewelry is over here by the ruby jewelry. She says and we follow her to the moonstone jewelry. When we get there I see many different moonstone engagement rings but one catches my eyes. It's a rustic black with Crescent moons on both sides of the moonstone. The moonstone is in the middle of the ring. It's the perfect engagement ring for Izzy.



Can I see that one please?I ask her she goes and unlocks the glass case and hands me the ring. I look  at it one last time and em sure that it is perfect. I'll take this one. I say and hand her the ring. That will be 278.49 dollars. She tell me and I hand her the money. Will that be all? She ask I just nod and take the box and head out of the store.

We are now heading to the food Cort for some food then we are gonna go to the craft store to get what I need for the proposal. Once we get to the food Cort we head to the counter and order our food. At the counter there is a man in his 30s. What can I get you fine people. He says. I'll have a salad with ranch. Zoe tells him. I'll have your chicken salad. Jade says. I'll have a fried Chicken with some mashed potatoes and corn. I tell him.

We go and sit down and wait for our food. So what are you planning on doing for the proposal? Jade ask me. Well I'm planning on doing scavenger hunt. At the end there will be a picnic where I will propose. I tell her. That sounds so romantic. Zoe says as she says that the food comes. We finish eating and head to the craft store to get the stuff for the scavenger hunt.

On our way back to the Alpha House to set up a scavenger hunt. The drive was pretty quiet. We are now at the Alpha House. I hurry and set up the first clue. Once we are done we had to the packhouse set up a final clue. When's the final clue setup I head into the forest to the lake where the picnic will be held.

Once I'm at the lake I set up the picnic. Once that's done I sit down and wait.
