Nearing The End Of Their Lives

Hisaki joined Miwa, Kiyomi and Arisu in the kitchen. The others split into smaller groups before heading to the locations where they were given responsibilities for.

This retirement home didn't need any major cleaning because this place was always well taken care of. Besides, there were less than fifty elders living here thus, not making it too crowded.

The warehouse employees just needed to do some lighter jobs such as sweeping and mopping the floor, moving a few items to the store, tending to the garden, joining the attendants to change the bedsheets and airing out the rooms. All of them cooperated with the staff of the retirement home.

The backdoor of the kitchen was opened wide, allowing them to look outside.

A small group of people was helping to trim the grass and pulling out weeds from the flower beds. At the same time, the elderly chatted with them, boasting about how pretty the flowers were.
