Nothing is more important

"You are feeding me as if I am a kid," Charlotte complained.

"You are a baby. Now, stay quiet and eat," Édouard said and put the spoonful of soup before her mouth. She sipped it and took her tongue out.

"It is tasteless," Charlotte said.

"The taste of your mouth will return soon," Edit said and made her finish the entire vegetable soup. He picked up the water glass and made her drink water. Putting it on the table, he wiped her lips using the napkin.

Charlotte looked into his eyes as he lowered his hand. She kissed his cheek, "Thank you for being a caring husband."

Édouard caressed the top of her head and put the napkin on the table.

"You should eat your breakfast too. I know you have not eaten well," Charlotte said and opened the lid of the case. She served him the meals when he told her to rest, but she didn't listen to him.

After Édouard took his breakfast, he called servants to clean the table.

Édouard took Charlotte to the bed and covered her with the blanket.
