Anneliese poured the tea for Christian, who was sitting silently across her.

"I made the tea myself," Anneliese said.

"That's why I do not wish to drink it," Christian stated.

Anneliese was disheartened to hear his statement. However, she had no complaints with the King. She had made a mistake, a grave one and she had to work for it for a long time.

"Your Majesty, I was terrified," Anneliese asserted with tears in her eyes.

"You should have told me about our child. Was it a girl or a boy? You did not even dare to tell me about it. How could you do this to me? To us?" Christian questioned her. "I do not want to see your tears, Anneliese," he asserted. He was not angry but was disappointed in her.
