'Why is the mark reacting this way?' Aeric frowned, This was the first time something like this had occurred. Until now, the mark has only reacted once... That was when he first received it.

The library can be considered his most important secret...if it was leaked, Aeric can't estimate how many people would try to get their hands on it...

As Aeric tried to calm down, the island began to shake...

The shaking stopped after a while, and nothing appears to have changed.

But Ian's eyes sparkled with excitement as he tried to contain his excitement.

" 'Only pure humans will be allowed to pass' huh...Dammit, it appears that I will be unable to enter with you guys." Rue turned his head and looked around, but no one was there.

"Damn...Did they abandon me?... Fu*k " Rue cursed in annoyance, and walked out of the passage, since he can't enter the ruins at the very least he will try to enjoy the ocean.

Within the fifth path.

After entering the path, Ian began to examine his surroundings.

The path is entirely made of stone and has torches near the ceilings on both sides.

'Finally...now I am one step closer to getting it,' Ian exclaimed, excited at the thought of getting that treasure.

The reason he wanted it was simple...it was a treasure that could, at the very least, Increase his mind cultivation to Blue Grade in one night!

Treasures are of two types, Either they have to be an 'Artifact type' treasure, with certain powers and abilities imbued in them, or... they have to be a 'Consumable type' treasure...that shows a particular effect after consumption.

Currently, The treasure Ian was trying to get is a Consumption type treasure.

The Consumption type is also further divided into other groups like Herbs, Natural treasures, or Biological Treasures. But that's for another day.

The Treasures are divided into 4 ranks... Common, Rare, Unique, and Legendary.

' Tear of Od...huh '. Ian recalled the treasure that was supposed to be at the end of the Fifth path of these Ruins... which was also known as the Forgotten labyrinth.

The 'Tear of Od'...was a type of miraculous water born from unknown causes, Not only can it manifest an illusion into reality. but it can also change itself into any form of energy.

The greatest use of 'Tear of Od' is manifesting illusion as reality...using this 'Tear of Od' a Purple grade Mind practitioner can instantly reach a high level in the Second Stage.

'To be honest, using it this way is a bit of waste But...I don't have a choice.' Ian was skeptical about wasting this treasure this way ...But getting a rapid increase in his strength is more important at the given moment than wasting some treasure...

A moment later Ian successfully pulled the 'Tear of Od' into his mental space, The teardrop gradually started breaking down and released a white light.

The white light not only turned into a colorless power but also nourished his mind in the process and made it produce even more mind power.

An instant later, A red hue covered Ian's whole body, and in no time... it was soon replaced by orange followed by yellow.

Ian had no idea how he should react to this rocket speed increase in power.

Not only should they waste time increasing their mind power, but it also takes a long time to learn abilities!

Ian stopped caring about it and looked around the path.

"Anyway...let's go back, it will take time for the other two to get their inheritances...in meantime, I can try studying this Mindpower. " Ian muttered and started walking back.

He was quite satisfied with his increased Grade...even if there is no obvious change in his combat ability.
