News!

David was busy cursing his tongue, along with the rage that had not only been built- in, but also had been triggered since his birth.

He might have said many things to Nora under the influence of this anger, but he was sure- no, rather, he was hundred percent confident about the fact that he was not going to act on any of the things he had promised her… or threatened her with.

He was utterly incapable of doing anything, and most importantly, the things that could hold the chance of hurting her… at least till the moment they stood face- to- face in the Arena.

And thus, he proceeded towards his palace with lazy steps, knowing that he was going to need an amazing good night's sleep to forget all this drama that had just taken place.

At this moment, Nora heard that both Louis and Robin were thinking about taking her back to her palace.

As soon as she realised the implications of this, fear started to wash off all the colours on her face, as she was afraid… however, she wasn't afraid of being attacked. Instead, she was afraid of becoming a reason for her father's disappointment, once again.

In any situation and even in the direst of circumstances, she could not risk disappointing him from her end. After all, her father had finally started showing his trust openly in her the moment when she had taken her first step into this school.

She wasn't  afraid of getting hurt physically, in fact, she was ready to accept any pain that would provide her the ability to stay with her friends forever.

That's why, before Robin and Louis could have managed to take her a step further towards her palace, a scream left her mouth as she continued to struggle with words after that.

"Aaaa… no… no, no no. Please don't take me there, I saw… I have seen a person's hand over there-"

"It's okay, Nora. I am here, no one can hurt you now -"

Robin was the one who spoke, interrupting Nora's shaking voice, thinking that she must be completely frightened because of all the incidents that had taken place, when they heard her voice once again.

"I am not afraid of being hurt…"

"Then?"

But this time, it was Louis who had snubbed her outpouring of emotion and raised his question, thinking that probably this time… this time, she would hold the confidence to speak out the truth about her identity, or reveal something that they were still unaware of.

But all they got in return, was a long stretched out silence… After which, Robin took the initiative to open his mouth and speak once again.

"It's okay, Nora! I get it, there are many things, apart from getting physically hurt, that you could be afraid of- and in my opinion, you should be."

He took a pause after this and spoke again, "But can you do me a favour and tell me, what all happened since I left you here?

Please don't omit any details, so that I can get an idea of what is going on, since you refused to go inside."

"Nothing much happened… it's just that Romera asked me to visit her home. She wanted to talk about my pending decision of which house I wanted to be enrolled into, and discuss the fact that I have to take all the classes tomorrow onwards. And then… then I encountered David on my way back, and he has also threatened me to wait and watch  I - I am sure… he is the one behind all of this. Surely he is the one -"

"He can't be the one behind this Nora!"

Two voices collided in unison, and it made Nora finally raise her head and look up at them, as Louis continued.

"I know, David is indeed a Woodhead and a person with a live, thriving volcano inside of him. But I am well aware of the fact that whatever he is going to do, he is going to do it publicly. He is not someone who would do something sneakily-"

"But he has done this in the past-"

"It was in the bright daylight, sweetheart!"

Louis spoke once again, seeing that Nora was getting paranoid about David, which might hold the power to take away their attention from the real culprit.

Nodding softly, she began to speak;

"I am… I am afraid of getting expelled from the school, qs I don't wanna lose you two… or Myron brother, either. Or anyone from this school -"

"But why would anybody expel you? Or in fact, who holds the authority to expel you in the first place?

Remember, no one can expel an Alpha. And even if a normal Alpha could be expelled, no one can expel a royal Alpha… so just chi-"

"I have to confess something to both of you… there is one thing that I have been hiding from everyone till today. Or it would be better to say, my father has been hiding it from everyone, and he has instructed me not to say it in front of anyone."

She spoke, clenching Robin's shirt more tightly, digging her head in his chest once again and scrunching her eyes with fear, as if he might expel her from his heart the moment they would hear this fact. Mustering all her strength, she finally spoke up,

"I don't know… If I am an Alpha or not. I mean… I mean, I just don't know anything."

News is not something that is only watched because of the informative nature of its origin; but sometimes, news is the main source of entertainment or even panic! And hence, the breaking news probably had made their debut.

But a piece of news was spreading more quickly than a forest fire in the entire Crescent Roston High, that a Royal Alpha, who was a potential candidate for the throne, was willingly choosing TAA: The Authority Achievers house.

This had happened for the first time in the history of the entire Crescent territory!
