Chapter 7 Prepare for the Highest Scholarship

Marcus sighed slightly. After thinking about it for a while, he targeted the scholarship as a way to get money fast.

To support the civilized competition between students, the school had specially set up a "prize" for the game.

This not only allowed the challenger to gain practical experience but also made him interested.

Thinking of this, Marcus decided to go to the game hall.

He made a simple preparation and then went to the game hall.

Unfortunately, as soon as Marcus arrived, he saw Jett.

He didn't know what was going on. There were so many people in the game hall, but he saw Jett at a glance.

Jett stared at Marcus with resentment, thinking that Marcus had humiliated him last time.

But this time, he happened to meet Marcus. It was a gift from God!

Jett sneered as he walked in Marcus's direction.

"What a coincidence! I didn't expect to meet you here. Are you going to make fun of me again?"

"Marcus, do you know where this place is? How dare a person who can't hold his sword come here?"

When Jett saw Marcus, he was confident again. He believed that the failure of the last competition was just a coincidence, and Marcus could only be the loser!

"But I'm not sure. Maybe you'll be lucky enough!"

"You fucking idiot, I'll give you a chance to prove yourself! Do you dare to challenge the highest bonus?"

Marcus didn't respond to Jett at all.

This fellow was like a dog that smelled fishy, ready to bark every time he saw him.

His strength had increased a lot compared to before. It was just a simple decision, and it would be easy to kill him.

Marcus was very clear about his purpose of coming here, which was the highest scholarship!

Jett proudly stood in front of Marcus and mocked, "Why don't you dare to answer me now?"

"You'd better drop out of school as soon as possible!"

Marcus gave him a cold glance.

"Why not?"

"What does it have to do with you whether I pick a challenge or not?"

Marcus sneered and left.

Jett's face darkened as he stared at Marcus.

Marcus looked at the passers-by and asked a relatively easygoing one.

"Hello, this is my first time here. Where could I find the person in charge of the game?" Marcus smiled coyly and said shyly.

Most of the people in the game hall were friendly, not like Jett, who always mocked others when he saw them.

He came here to make trouble.

Jett wouldn't dare to say something like that if Marcus had been stronger.

The passer-by looked in the direction of Marcus and pointed at a place not far away. "The person in charge is there, but there are many people over there."

Jett and Marcus were not far away from each other. Of course, he could hear what Marcus said.

He smiled sarcastically and his eyes lit up.

Jett felt that his provocation had worked and next he could wait for Marcus's embarrassment.

Marcus followed the instructions and found the person in charge.

The environment here was indeed a little different from before.

When he first entered the game hall, the people around him looked relatively free and relaxed. The closer he got to the person in charge, the more nervous the atmosphere here was.

There was excitement and tension on the faces of these people and they were all full of emotion.

Marcus felt that his mood had been stimulated.

"Hello, I'm a grade-one student of our school, Marcus. I'm going to challenge the highest bonus."

Without any hesitation, Marcus walked up to the person in charge and briefly introduced himself.

He knew clearly that there was no need to hide something.

Marcus expressed his identity and purpose clearly.

The person in charge looked at Marcus up and down.

He didn't look down upon him. Such a small and weak man, how could he dare to challenge the highest bonus?

"Just you?" The person in charge asked doubtfully.

He had seen a lot of people. He had seen all kinds of people in the game hall.

Marcus was only in grade one. How could he challenge the highest bonus?

Was it because he was dazzled or he had never seen such an excellent person?

If Marcus could get the highest scholarship, he would be dreaming!

The person in charge sighed in his heart, showing a fake smile, and shook his head resolutely.

When he was about to say something, the crowd burst into cheers.

The man in charge and Marcus looked at the place where the cheers came at the same time.

It was a colosseum.

In the colosseum, a vigorous man was fighting with an elephant-sized brutal bull.

The man was strong with short brown hair.

The muscles on his body were particularly obvious. He could hit the bull for a few rounds with brute force.

As this person collided with the elephant-sized bull, the cheers around them became louder and louder.

"Come on!"

Marcus looked around and asked curiously.

"Who is this person?"

Hearing Marcus's words, the people around looked in the direction of Marcus.

Seeing him so young, they didn't take him seriously.

"It's your first time here, right? The person downstairs is called Watson, one of the stubborn challengers with the highest bonus."

"But he failed several times before."

Marcus nodded slowly.

Watson's skill and strength were really good.

The person in charge just smiled and went to deal with other things.

He didn't take Marcus's words seriously.

There were very few people in the school who were qualified to challenge the highest bonus. Nobody knew where this unknown boy came from.

Maybe what he said just now was just a joke.

Marcus looked at the competition intently, with excitement in his eyes.

What would happen if he entered the arena?

He had already taken the strength drugs, which might be able to hold on for a longer time.

Marcus clenched his right hand into a fist, holding the railing with one hand, and stared at Watson.

He could feel his heart pounding.

Ten minutes later, Watson was drenched in sweat.

There was a lot of admiration around as Watson once again broke the upper limit of his holding time.

"Watson's strength seems to be much better than before. He insists for five minutes more!"

"Yes, you are right. I also feel that there is a special door for him to time. Maybe next time Watson will have a better chance!"

Marcus's heart thumped when he heard what they said.

Watson's strength like this, surprisingly, just only would have a better chance?

What about me?
