Chapter 629 Hades's Despair

The second day, at dawn, Marcus and the others were ready to go to the surrounding village to have a look at the people around.

"Who wants to go with me?"

Arthur and Gyles decided to go around with Marcus to find out the living standard of the people nearby.

But when they arrived at the nearby village, they saw the same desolate scene.

"Look, there should have been a door, but now it's all flat."

Marcus touched the simple wooden door. If he didn't expect it, it should be the entrance of this village.

"I don't know. It seems that the people here are also living in deep distress."

However, the war brought great pain to the people. The biggest part of the pain was that they had been homeless, mainly because the king and Hades didn't understand what the people wanted.

They entered the village and found some scattered rooms, but most of them were broken.

However, Marcus found that there was smoke curling up in a house.

"Do you think there will be humans over there?"
