The world was relatively asleep at this time of the night. There was just the occasional strange whistling sound that pierced the night which would keep any human loitering the night on their toes. Shane Michaels wasn't part of those humans.
He walked briskly to the Arcade centre, his phone clutched firmly in his hand, with his eyes focused on the cobblestone. The centre wasn't too far from his house, but it was a good distance away to avoid casualties. The less people knew about this part of his life, the better it would be for him and his family.
Shane could make out the wide posture of one of his spies in front of the arcade thanks to the streetlights. He quickened his steps the more. There was no time to waste right now. The man had sounded urgent on the phone, which meant something was up.
