Domain of the Outer Beings

"Calling me Shushu is already enough, Addy."

"You know why I called you here, right?"

"Checking up on us? What else?"

"Well, yes but also no."

"What do you mean by that, Addy?"

She said as she sat down and took the cup of tea into her hand. Sipping the tea, her mood became more relaxed and calm, 'Addy' was known to make the greatest of drinks and he lived up to those expectations, well in all honesty, he lived up to ALL expectations.

"Tea's nice?"

"You always make the best."

"Haha. Well back to business. I have returned to One: Check on the status of the Domain. And Two: To inform you and Azzy that I plan to extend my 'vacation' so to speak."

"Hm... Are you sure you aren't forgetting anything?"

"Haha... You won't make me go with that female, Shushu. Primitive, emotional toxins and feelings have all but been annihilated in my body and mind. Only way for me to feel such emotions again is for me to return to my third-dimensional form of which still has its limits of love."

"Oh, come on, Addy! You have to at least have a little fun here and there! Come on, Addy!"

"Well even if I did wish for me to feel such love again, it is impossible because those are stuck in my third-dimensional body and personality. I've been meaning to ask but have you found one for yourself, Shushu?

"ADDDDDYYY!!!"

Shushu was now having a sort of tantrum? Well you could say that, she was punching the Architect on his shoulder and in reality these punches could utterly destroy entire universes but to beings like the Architect? It was playful punching.

Minutes after Shushu's tantrum, she was now just standing beside the Architect with him just sitting on his chair whilst drinking a cup of tea.

Placing his left hand on Shushu's head, essentially patting her head.

"Done?"

At this point, Shushu had her knees on the floor whilst her head rested on the Architect's lap, as if a child using the lap of their parent as a pillow.

Caressing, Shushu's hair, the Architect just looked at his friend or from other people's opinions, step-daughter, Shushu then whispered a question.

"Why did-"

"Hm? What is it, Shushu?"

Shushu then made her voice clearer and louder for the Architect to hear.

"Why did you leave?"

The Architect stayed silent, though continuing to caress Shushu, he internally sighed, he had expected this question from someone like Shushu but he hadn't formulated a plan, there were many things his all-knowing mind could do but answering a question like that? What would he say?

To take a vacation? Shushu would wring him out in mere seconds, that answer is out of the question. He could also say he had to leave because of unknown reasons but she'll just retort by saying his omniscience doesn't know.

He could say so many things in this situation but he really didn't know which one to do. The Architect was forced out of his thoughts because of Shushu calling out to him.

"Addy?"

She raised her head, looking into the ever-flaming eyes of the Architect

"If you want the honest answer then so be it. For the countless eons I left, I had sealed myself into my immortal but third-dimensional form."

Shushu returned to lay her head down on the Architect's lap.

"Why?"

"In all honesty, I did it because I wanted to rest."

At that, Shushu got quite annoyed and angry. She immediately stood in annoyance of the Architect's answer.

"FOR 500 MILLENNIA?!"

"I was tired for several of those millennia and I needed those other millennia to just sleep."

"You left me!"

"You were strong enough then and you were strong enough even before I came."

"You don't understand! You never understand, you're just like grandfather Azathoth!"

"Your grandfather raised and cultivated you to make you who you are today. Be grateful he even looked at your direction, even his patience has limits."

"It doesn't matter. He left me for the Domain while I had to control an entire Multiverse at the age of 5 trillion. And you left me when I needed you the most."

"And you've prevailed haven't you?"

From that, Shushu was angry and needed to let out some steam so she unleashed a few attacks on the forest of flesh and destroyed it, to a burning crisp. Fearing her rage would attract the other Outer Beings, the Architect took Shushu.

"Alright, Shushu. I am sorry. Now, happy?"

As if a child, Shushu pouted and then said in the most childlike voice.

"No."

"Oh good me... What will make you happy, Shushu?"

Opening her arms for a hug, the Architect already knew what she meant and Oh him (Lord), did he dread it, if there was one thing that he truly abhorred ever since he became an infinite-dimensional being, it was hugs.

Though it was to stop Shushu from rampaging across the entire Domain, essentially alarming every Outer Being, of which is a clusterfuck he REALLY did not want to happen.

Accepting the embrace, Shushu sunk into the Architect's chest as she tightened her hug. She whispered into his chest that if the Architect didn't have universal senses, he wouldn't hear it.

"Please don't ever leave me."

"I'll try." 'No promises, sweetie.'

As he hugged her, he caressed her hair and kissed her forehead.

"Don't cry, Shushu. I'm here now."

Sinking back into his chest, tears started to form around her eyes as they dripped down and onto Addy's chest.

"But you might leave again."

"I won't... I promise."

"Liar!"

"What else am I."

"Stupid Addy!"

Continuing the embrace for another ten minutes. They finally break the embrace with Shushu having a few tears left dripping down her face but she slowly stopped crying.

"Will you go to them?"

"Azathoth only. Everyone else? Next time."

Using his mastery over the Domain, he teleported to Azathoth's current location.

* Mad Library *

The Mad Library, also known as 'Library of the Idiot God,' the 'Library of Insanity and Lunacy,' and the 'Infinite Library'. It is here where Azathoth resided, it is here where the Blind-Idiot-God writes down, or has other eldritch things, his many ideas and inventions no matter how psychopathic or insane they are.

The Library has numerous floors that exceed any other library. All directions of the Library go to the center like a Catholic cross, at the center is Azathoth where numerous thousands of his creations bring blank books that are filled with incomprehensible words in mere seconds.

Like a back and forth between the two, hundreds of books are given to him and placed on one of the infinite shelves of the Library.

Suddenly, Azathoth stopped focusing on giving out his ideas and turns to face the northern section of the cross.

"A-Adul?! Where have you been!"

"It's good to see you too, Azzy. How are things?"

"We've been looking all over for you! Now that you're back, I think it's time to hold festivities in your name."

"Oh, no, no, no. No such festivities shall be celebrated, my dear friend."

"What do you mean?"

"I've only come to see you to tell you that I have returned to sentience but I will not fully return."

"And why is that?"

"Well for reasons, I will have some fun in influencing the story of a Lich who thinks he's oh so powerful and mighty."

"Up to your tricks again, Adul? Really?"

"Yes, really."

"Well once you return, go straight to me so that we may start the plans."

"Plans? Plans for what?"

"Oh my birthday... YOUR RETURN OF COURSE YOU DIMWIT!!!"

"Ooooohh! Well if that's it, I'll be off then!"

"Don't break the third-dimensional space time continuum! I've still got some experiments to do with the third-dimensi- Aaaanndd he's gone, fucking bastard. Oh well, minions bring me more books."

"Yes, oh great and powerful Azathoth!"
