Kevin was in his room thinking about Zombie Girl is Xerope, when Ben enters his room saying that Xerope has called a meeting. Kevin follows him out to see everyone waiting outside of the door.

Xerope enters through another door and closes it. Everyone except Xerope kneel on the ground and wait for him to speak. Xerope starts walking across the room towards them.

Xerope sits on the edge of the circle everyone kneeling in the middle of.

Xerope says I didn't want it to end like this for this girl, but this teenager attacked me with a stick for no reason, and I defended myself and I knocked her out and now I sentence the girl to death for attacking me in my own house. If this girl was just an ordinary person and I'm sorry, but if she continues to attack people she can die, and I need more people in my family.

Everyone stays in silence while Xerope finishes speaking. Nobody moves until Xerope asks me if I think the girl deserves to live. No one replies at first and nobody responds for a long time.

Suddenly Xerspear speaks up "It isn't your decision whether she lives or dies. We only know of her existence and we don't know how dangerous she is and how strong she actually is. This woman has done some crazy things and there are rumors going around about her; but you can't judge a book by its cover. I'm sorry but what if there's nothing we can do about it? Who knows maybe she wasn't born that way. Maybe she was cursed or something. She could be harmless."

"If anyone is supposed to be talking about her being harmless, it should be me." Kevin says.

Xerope ignore what I said, Xerope says this girl is dangerous and if she doesn't attack, she can attack any of you!

All the survivors stand up again and Kevin grabs a baseball bat sitting on the bench next to him.

"This woman has already injured one member of this family and now, if she attacks again she'll probably hurt somebody else. She's very powerful so there's no telling what she's capable of. She has killed two people already today,

Xerope says if y'all think she's not dangerous enough I'll prove it to you, Xerope looking at the door is screaming can bring the girl into the main room and put her in front of us!

Kevin puts the bat down slowly. He knew the girl is different than any other zombie he's encountered, but what kind of proof could he give to the others, what proof could he give to the others to prove that he's right? They wouldn't believe him. The other survivors had doubts about the girl since she arrived, now that Xeropes words have come true it makes everything seem more real and makes Kevin feel worse.

Kevin thinks about what the girl said, she's not a danger to anybody else besides Xerope and her family,but it doesn't matter,two strong men is big behind the girl who attacked Xerope with a stick to the main slaa, Girl try to fight to get free from men but can't even move.

She's not that powerful, Kevin thinks. I think that man behind her is strong.

Kevin tries to convince Xerpe not to punish the girl, to let her go because she didn't know anything about this and it's best not to kill her and if he decides to execute her he has a choice, she's either

Xerope look at Kevin and then look at the crowd and say what you think we should let go of the girl who attacked me with a baseball bat, the crowd starts to revolt against the girl, a family man says she can't attack our leader is to get away with

a mother holding an angry baby screaming that she could attack our children if we let her live,a dad with white hair screams that she deserves all of the pain she's caused us she must die,another guy wearing a bandana and a leather jacket,an old man who doesn't raise his voice yells she needs to die,the whole group starts yelling loudly.

Xerope tells everyone to shut up and calm down, they stop shouting and the group listens.

Xerope looks at the girl and says you don't deserve to live and the rest of us are just following orders. Kevin looks at the ground and feels guilty about not listening to the rest. He knows the girl can't help it but still he shouldn't have been so selfish and just taken her word for, Xerope says we don't tolerate criminals here, Kevin takes her to prison until we decide what to do with her and we'll decide later, the girl screams 'no' over and over but she's silenced with a slap on her face.

Xerope turns back to the crowd and looks around them. We've decided that she won't be punished,she is a human and we don't need her, she is banished from the town, after we figure out where she lives we send her there, if she doesn't agree we will send her straight to hell. The crowd cheers and begins to disperse leaving Kevin standing alone.

"I guess I'm stuck with her," Kevin mumbles and walks to the table where he put his bat and sits down. He looks at the food he cooked for, dinner and eats.

Later, Kevin lays in his bed trying to sleep. Tomorrow night the girl will be taken back to where she belongs, wherever that is. He can hear the wind blowing outside, he closes his eyes, wishing he was sleeping peacefully.
