GHOSTED

Kyle tried to keep a smile on his face while walking through the hall way because of the way everyone was looking at Sandra who kept on talking about how fantastic the past three days had been for her and how she was going to be famous internationally and maybe even world wide in the next few months to come.

In his heart he kept cursing at Sandra because he noticed the look on Winter's face which was questionable when Sandra started being all lovey-dovey just to make her feel oppressed.

He kept praying silent prayers in his heart that Sandra would go away as she was now a nuisance in his life.Though he was hoping that his prayers would come to pass but what he never expected was how fast it did.

"BANG"

That was the sound of the door to his office being shut by Sandra as she immediately stopped her pretense and looked on with a rather serious and deadly gaze.

"You could stop pretending to be the good guy now Kyle no one's watching you anymore" she said as she headed straight for the couch that was situated at the far end of the office with a compatible table in front of it.

"phew", Kyle gave a sigh of relief as he sat on his chair and loosened the tie on his neck. In his mind he was surprised as to how Sandra knew about his act that he was putting up moments ago. He started to feel jumpy about having her around him because her presence was a total pain in the neck.

"Yeah, about that I know when to stop and when not to because if everyone was to see the real you, which is a devil no one would ever make the mistake of promoting you in this industry" Kyle said with a disgusted face.

The memory of Sandra ever being the one he loved was already taunting him let alone the sight of her or even the thought of breathing the same air with her because she turned out to be a bad and rotten egg at the end.

Sandra just gave a bleak laugh at the statement that Kyle had just made, it was making her sick that she couldn't ruin the one guy that stood in her way of achieving her dreams through her own means.

She badly wanted to put away Kyle and that Winter of a girl but all she was to do now was to just wait until it was the right time to plan the perfect revenge because they were the only ones that knew about all her secrets.

Though there was roughly anything she could do to harm them because planning a revenge wasn't worth the stress, she was just too obsessed with the fact that she couldn't rip them apart.

She regretted the love that she and Kyle once shared and was willing to take him out of her life for good now that his heart was no longer her's but Winter's, she also blamed her parents for this relationship because they were the ones that pushed her and Kyle to be together.

They kept on forcing her to make Kyle fall in love with her or else they would disown her and kick her out of the Wilson group because at that time they badly needed the help of the Smithereens group which was owned by Kyle's parents.

Mr Williams, Sandra's father was always having a big eye for the cooperation of the Wilson group and the Smithereens group because his own company would benefit immensely from the cooperation of the business.

Since Williams and Smith were close friends Mr Smith couldn't see through the plans of Wilson when he suddenly needed them to have a cooperation.

He felt as though it was just because they were friends and when he also saw that Kyle and Sandra were getting close he even became more happy and began looking forward to them having a contract.

He felt that having the contract was no more on mere grounds since their children had started getting closer so it had to become something of family.

In his heart he kept praising the gods for this union between Kyle and Sandra as he had been forcing Kyle to go get a girlfriend because he started suspecting Kyle to be gay as he only had male friends.

Back then she was blindfolded by money because her parents company had been the source of her monthly allowance and she couldn't loose that as it funded most of the money she used for shopping.

Yeah she was a shopping freak and always wanted the newest and reigning trends of dresses, this attitude of which she got from her elder sister Louis and her friends when she was little.

Therefore till date she couldn't still get rid of that habit and she became an extravagant person spending on irrelevant things that caught her attention. Kyle had once hated her for this attitude because he was more of a business minded person than an incautious person.

Kyle couldn't just spare to sit and think of a reason why Sandra's parents spoilt her to the extent they did and now not only did they spoil her but want to give her everything on a platter of gold including his life. Never, never would he allow such a spoilt person to be by his side.

Kyle was well learned in management while in business school not because he wanted to be a penny pincher but because most times life doesn't give you what you desire but what you deserve. This rule was like an anthem to him right from school and he lived with it spending on only important necessary things and not necessary but not important or important but not necessary depending on what that thing might be.

Living with an intentional mindset, he didn't see any reason why he should spare any of his time on someone who wasn't intentional on anything and this was his reason for not wanting to give Sandra attention.

He wouldn't pick up her calls neither would he reply to her messages nor want to spend time with her because he just didn't like girls who weren't reserved and collected.
