Lilu grinned and waiting for Percival to take the bait. She knew forcing him to take the previous deal would set the stage for the following deals to come. She knew the inquisition wanted her, so it could get her schematics. If she just sold them the schematics, they would keep them from constantly trying to recruit her. It would loose her some money now, but would save a lot of headache later.

Part of the reason for this, is the items she needed scrolls to enchant. She would lose the long term profit of the item, but she would get seed money, and not have to sacrifice soul energy to purchase the scrolls from the system, or worse, actual credits to buy real scrolls.

By selling the schematics to the inquisition, she wouldn't need to expend resources to make them if she didn't want to, and simply purchase them from the Inquisition.
