Chapter 179 : Convince Tsunade to start?

Isamu pondered as he listened to Kazuhiko's invitation once again, this time refraining from an immediate rejection as he had done in the past.

Previously, when Kazuhiko extended an invitation in the name of the Land of Whirlpools, Isamu had firmly declined. However, this time, Kazuhiko was advocating true peace for the ninja world in his own name, aiming to jointly create a new era.

While the earlier invitation had represented a country, this time it was a personal request from Kazuhiko alone, causing Isamu to hesitate.

Observing the multitude of thoughts crossing Kazuhiko's mind, Isamu grappled with his decision.

"How should I choose? Decline again? Yet, aren't all his words echoing my own thoughts? Bringing a new order to the ninja world!"

"In him, I see shades of my late father. Both tread the path to peace in the ninja world, but my father's journey has proven to be flawed."

"Perhaps now, Kazuhiko's path is the correct one, backed by strength and unwavering confidence."

"If I join, I become a pioneer on this path, reshaping the destiny of the Senju clan and breaking free from our current struggles."

"Success would immortalize me in history, transcending the label of the First Hokage's son."

"But failure... The Senju clan would face hostility from all nations, risking utter ruin!"

"Hence, the Senju clan must not be involved at this moment!"

With these considerations, Isamu looked at Kazuhiko and spoke, "I am willing to join you..."

A glimmer of joy appeared in Kazuhiko's eyes, realizing that his persistence had finally paid off. However, Isamu continued with a resolute tone.

"But, for now, the Senju clan cannot be implicated, and Tsunade must remain uninvolved as well."

This firm stance was anticipated by Kazuhiko. Convincing an entire clan to align with his cause based solely on his words was an improbable task. Moreover, having the patriarchs of the Senju clan join was already a significant step towards gaining the entire clan's support. If they rushed into it now, it might complicate matters for Kazuhiko.

At that moment, success was within reach, and any hasty moves could jeopardize the progress Kazuhiko had made in bringing the Senju clan closer to his cause.

Despite the esteemed reputation of the Senju clan in Konoha, their allegiance to the Land of Whirlpools would undoubtedly deal a severe blow to the village. If Isamu were to lead the entire Senju clan directly to the Land of Whirlpools, it would raise concerns and possibly lead to war.

Recognizing the delicate situation, Kazuhiko doesn't dismiss Isamu's proposal. Instead, he finds merit in the idea. The only aspect he struggles to comprehend is why he shouldn't inform Tsunade.

"Why shouldn't I tell Tsunade? My original plan was to reveal it to her gradually. After all, we are… I can't keep this from her," Kazuhiko questions, a hint of embarrassment evident in his tone, implying the nascent connection forming between them.

Though he doesn't articulate it directly, Isamu understands Kazuhiko's unspoken feelings. Realizing that this individual is not only the founder of a new path in the ninja world but also potentially his future son-in-law and Tsunade's husband, Isamu smiles gently.

"Don't worry, I understand what you mean. But for now, I hope you won't tell Tsunade about all of this," Isamu responds. After a brief pause, he reflects on Tsunade's upbringing, influenced by the Third Hokage and the will of fire.

"I know Tsunade, my daughter. She has been a disciple of the Third Hokage since childhood and deeply embraces the will of fire. Her grandfather has always been her greatest inspiration, and she views the ninja village system as a perfect creation."

Continuing his thoughts, Isamu suggests, "I hope you can gradually reveal our ideas to her after you two are married. It will be easier for her to accept this perspective if it is introduced slowly. After all, she has grown up with a strong belief in the Ninja village system."

Kazuhiko, after contemplating Isamu's advice, finds merit in the approach. Although it might seem a bit manipulative, the intention is to ease Tsunade into this unconventional path gently.

This decision marks the beginning of Kazuhiko's first challenge – convincing Tsunade, a task he acknowledges won't be easy. If he can persuade someone like Tsunade, deeply rooted in the will of fire, then surely his companions scattered across the ninja world will follow suit once he finds them.

"Okay, I agree with that," Kazuhiko affirms, accepting the strategic approach proposed by Isamu.
