"Aurora," screamed Moon a little bit loud as soon as she sighted her beside Lord Damascus. She had known Aurora Davison since she was little, she knew her as Otis' friend and would sometimes get jealous about their relationship.
She and Otis were friends too, she was his best friend but Aurora, they both were closer, maybe it was because they are both age mates.
"My dearest," mumbled Aurora as she pulled Moon into a hug. It had been a while since she has seen her Moon.
"How have you been, Lady Davison?" inquired Moon
"Well. I've been well and I've missed you so much," muttered Aurora as she smiled widely at Moon.
"Same. I miss you."
"You promised to visit me last winter, but you didn't," uttered Lady Aurora as she pretended to be angry at Moon
"I'm sorry. I couldn't visit you because of the lessons I've been going through. And I should have visited you since I started attending this Academy but, I wasn't sure if you did be around. Lady Arin told me you've been busy with the council and hadn't been coming home, so not to waste my, you know how much I cherish my time... hehe, so I didn't visit," uttered Moon
"Oh Lord, my dearest, you can never change," said Aurora as she laughed
"How was class?" asked Otis
"Bad."
"Why, what happened?" asked Aurora
"Lay Aetos happened. She treated Agatha anyhow and I didn't spare her, I gave her a taste of her medicine," said Moon with a smirk.
"That's my dearest. Jemima is a bitch.." said Aurora and Otis pinched her on the arm
"Don't use that word, Aurora. Don't teach Moon bad words," muttered Otis
"You didn't have to pinch me that way," said Aurora with teary eyes
"Otis, that was too much," said Moon and Otis looked away
"Pardon me, Rora," uttered Otis and Aurora smirked
"Are you still interested in working at the council? Remember you told me about working side by side with me," mumbled Aurora as she asked Moon.
"Aurora... have you forgotten I'm not good at all at those things. I thought I could do it. I thought I could work with you after learning but I can't even learn the simple aspect of knitting a kerchief," Moon said with a pout.
Before, when Lady Davison had joined the council, Moon had been intrigued about it all and wanted to join when she grows but unfortunately... her oblongata wasn't capable of learning.
"My dull baby," mumbled Aurora while parting Moon's right cheek
"What the hell, Lady Davison? I'm not dull, but... uhm? Forget about it," Moon said as she pursed her lips.
"Oh my, dearest. It's fine. When you grow older, you might find what you are good at," uttered Aurora
"When I grow?" inquired Moon with a laugh. "I'm Nineteen, Aurora, so when will I know what I'm good at doing?"
"You see, my dearest, some people find their potential a little bit late. So calm your sh --- Otis will pinch me again if I say this word," muttered Aurora as she looked at Lord Damascus who hadn't said anything to them both after apologizing for pinching Rora
"I'm glad you know, watch your words around Moon, she's little," Lord Damascus said
"Excuse you? I'm not little. I will soon be getting married," said Moon as she looked towards the Academy. Most of the students hadn't left yet, and some of them were discussing with their friends.
Aurora's eyes widen as soon as she heard Moon's words. 'Was she aware of her betrothal to the prince? it wasn't something she should even know of
"You will be marrying soon?" asked Otis. This was new to him, he hadn't thought Moon would ever think of marriage and she was even saying soon, so it means something was up
Moon wanted to hit her head with her knuckle, and she almost gave the truth about her betrothal to the prince out. What would her friends think off when they hear she was marrying the scandalous cursed Prince?
"No, I was just saying it randomly. Everyone wants to get married..."
"Not everyone, my dearest," interjected Aurora
"Not everyone. Otis said I was little, a nineteen-year-old woman like me. I'm not little," mumbled Moon
"My bad, Lady Dandelion," said Otis as he bowed his head
"Let me not keep you both waiting. I'm so happy to see you both today, especially you, my dearest," said Aurora as she pulled Moon into her arms and hug her tightly
"Take care," said Otis
"You too. I love you both," uttered Aurora before their carriage was wheeled away.
Technically, the Academy was in Northern Ashbourne where Moon lives and Otis but it was kind of far from their home. With few more distance, Southern Ashbourne was near.
Southern Ashbourne was where the council was located. The council consisted of those who made the rules apart from the Royal family who was exceptional with or without the council. Aurora Davison was one of the council members who worked in the Executive arm of the government. She was one of the Assistant Executive committee.
She had been opposed countless times by the men who found it difficult for a woman to be on their list in running the day-to-day affairs of their Kingdom. She was planning to work with the Majesties in running the Ashbourne Empire.

Back to Moon and Otis's side, they both got to Moon's home and were surprised to see crowds with lots of gifts. Though it wasn't the first time they did it, it has been a long time since they came in number.
"What is going on here?" asked Moon when she got close to the crowd.
Lady Chips, Mother of Agatha Chips came to stand in front of Moon and smiled. She instantly got down on her knees and spoke, "Our Saviour, Moon. You have started to help us all from the clutches of the evil doers like Jemima Aetos"
Moon was surprised, she took Madam Chips by the hand and led her to her feet
"It was nothing, Milady. Anyone else could have done the same," uttered Moon.
What she did wasn't something big but they all took it as big... because they had been enduring the harsh way, Jemima had been treating them, even though they were all wealthy folks.
