CHAPTER 4:

~LILY'S POV~

Finally they day is here after waiting over a week, of handing in the permission form, my mom signed.The trip I've been excited for since it was first mentioned over a month ago.I can't wait to see the castle in person.I've never visited before even with all the begging to my dad to take me over there but now I finally get me chance to see it with my own eyes.

Just now everyone was pilling into the buses, there were two buses to be filled with teenagers such as myself and teachers were taking attendance to make sure everyone is here on time.Perfect timing is the key, especially since going to the Royals castle.I learned it from my vampire parents they've always said you can never be late or too early for them and I think school know thus too that's why we are leaving in morning.

"Hey Lily! Do you wanna sit here?"

O gosh what's that! Am I hearing things or Am I going crazy? The Great Famous Bad boy of our school just asked me to sit with him! Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!. I squealed internally I still can't believe Aiden asked me to sit beside and how can I say no.I turn to his voice.My face was red words felt like exam which I never know so I just make the use of my head.I nodded at him and was just going to sit when Joy came .

"Why? Where is your girlfriend? Don't you want to ask for permission for talking with other girls?" Joy

Ah! Joy never leaves her sarcasm.Come on Joy please don't ruin thus I really want to sit beside him plz plz, but wait she has a point! Where is his girlfriend? I didn't see her around.

"O don't worry about her. She isn't here." Aiden

"So you want to use my friend for her absence."Joy

"What! When did I said that! and I'm asking from Lily not you so why are you here?" Aiden

"What do you mean? She's my best friend and it's my duty to protect her fro..." Joy

Before she could speak more I closed her mouth with my hand but honestly I didn't liked they way Aiden said it was truly felt wrong.But I want to sit beside him But he talked rudely with Joy.So I had to down him Awww

"Umm I'_m sorry Aiden but I promised Joy to sit with her."

Before he say something I left from there with Joy to the next bus. I know Joy doesn't like Aiden so we never talked much about him but I just told her about my confessing plan since then she is very angry like puppy 'Chukles'

We three I , Joy and Alice sat in the last seat.

The teacher step in the bus checking our names and the driver was loading our bags into the space with in in the bus to store all.our luggage. So we had to take our seats and wait patiently.We chose a seat at the back.Upon taking our seats, Joy turned around with a wide smile on her face.

"Oh my gosh Lily! Are you excited? Finally we are going to the castle and I get to see Ren in person !"Joy

She squealed causing some attention our way, but she ignores it. I laughed at her but Alice refused to turn around.She's been very quiet lately and not herself , I put it down to her nit being well.

"Calm down Joy, we'll be there soon. It won't be a long ride "

"Oh I know! But I'm too excited! This trip is going to be amazing ! Ren will be amazing!" Joy

I sighs at her childish squeals before teacher starts speaking.

"Okay everyone take your seats! The driver is going to be finished in a minute but please take your seats now."Teacher

Soon after like the teacher had said the driver come back later and started up and in no time we were driving away to the castle.I snuggled in closer to Joy and out my head on her shoulder.I usually get tired of long rides.It didn't take long until I drifted into a small nap until we got there.

AN HOUR LATER:

I felt someone lightly tap me on the shoulder.

"Lily! Lily! LILLY!! Wake up! We're here" Joy

Ah! I know why she's screaming in my ear she's all excited just to see Ren hmph after ruining the moment I could have with My Aiden.

"We are here already?"

I rubbed my eyes and let out a little yawn.

"Yes! so get your lazy butt up and let's gooo!"Joy

"Come on Lily."Alice

She weakly smiled at me. I smiled back at her and nodded.Now standing up to leave, when stepping off the bus, I was mesmorised to see the castle in person , it was huge and beautiful , with little color red around the windows and flowers decorated the outside.It's nit something you would think the Kings with the lethal reputation would have but according to my father it's to trick others what they're like, but I don't buy it.

Such a beautiful place, I would so live here but not with the vampire though.There's something off about them when I met them in person so I wouldn't feel comfortable to be alone with them.

"Okay everyone! let's go over the rules one more time. During lesson times you must be with teacher at all times.Second during free Time don't travel around the castle alone and in area crossed out on the maps that will already be in your rooms. Lastly don't speak unless spoke to and don't touch anything valuable. Are we clear?"Teacher

I nod still staring at the castle with my friends close to my side as there was a series of yeses from multiple students.

"Now everyone stay close and let's go!"Teacher

The massive doors opened upon meeting them and we hesitantly walked in.As far as we all know the only times humans have ever walked through the doors of the castle have never returned out, since they would become well known meal for the Royal Vampires.

As we all hurdled into the castle like a herd of sheep, crowding around each other a figure appeared out of nowhere at the top of grand staircase. You couldn't see his face as he was tall and lean but hide in the shadows not moving a muscle. I noticed him but I wasn't too sure if anyone else did.

"Are you searching for me?"

I get startled hearing a whisper in my ear. I spun around to see the person, He was too close and in response my eyes widen like they will come out.

"A_Aiden! What are you doing here?"

I was really surprised to see him near me.

"Well I'm here for you as your friends left you."Aiden

When he said my friends left me why did it feel like he was taunting Joy.I looked around for them but I guess they really left.I internally sighed watching Alice and Joy being too close.That's why I never liked being between two friends.I always feels leftout but I know it's not like this but still.....

Aiden hugs me from the back as he was standing beside me before I could react to this , a voice appeared now in front of us below the figure at the top but when I looked for the figure, he wasn't there.

"Good, Day. I guess you are all guests for the educational stay?"

The man was old looking , pale with white hair swift back of his forehead.He was dressed in black and white with a little black bow tie and his hands behind his back. I've heard of this guy before from my dad. He's like a little butler but he's the one in charge of the cleaning and serving.

"Ah, yes. We are." Teacher

He stepped forward towards the man in the suite. The old man titled his head up and scanned Mr.Rogers up and down with his eyes before nodding.

"Very well. I'm butler Paul, head of housekeeping and serving. I will be assisting you during your stay and Mr.Dahyun the chief advisor will also be your guidance during the remainder of your stay." Butler Paul

Mr.Roger bowed to the butler and he returned the bow back gracefully . I know the butler is vampire just like anyone else that works here. There was a sudden gust of wind indoors and a further two more men showed up on either side of Mr.Paul.The butler was startled showing the first sense of emotion on his face for the first time in last five minutes.

"Are these the students Paul?"

The brown hair man spoke , He was very well dressed but mostly black and in a suit. The only color he had on him was a little dark colors green that would shine every so often From the little light within the room.He was handsome, sharp jaw line , dark brown eyes that would invite me in.Especially when his eyes landed on me and didn't move.

"Yes your majesty Damon. I was just welcoming them."Mr Paul

The vampire named Damon only hummed staring into my soul with his chin lifted slightly up. Within our class hearing that he was one of the royals bowed in respect.I remembered seeing him before vaguely so it didn't shocked me but the other man however I remember him a few times, showing up to my house , and having a meeting with my dad in his home office. I too followed everyone leads to bow and that caused Damon to reveal a little glint of a smile on the corner of his lips

before quickly wiping it off. It was weird but I paid no attention since the other man started giggling.

"That was cute."

He was blonde and slightly smaller in height than Damon but equally toned in muscle I would say but it's hard to determine that since he was dressed in all black .

"I'm King Ren.I hope you all enjoy your stay."Ren

He now stared my way with such a glare, it was almost deadly.Did he have some sort of problem with me or something. I gulped a little pressing even more into Aiden. The king's eyes moved from me to Aiden. His eyes flashes a red and then grabs the other king and disappear like they weren't even there.

"I'll call for some help to assist you with your bags and show you to your rooms." Butler Paul

He now goes back to his cold expression and claps his hand. Out of nowhere several women dressed in typing maid outfit and white apron appeared.

"Ladies please assist these students to their rooms and please after you have all settled in nicely could you please follow your maps to the main hall." Butler Paul

He bows and disappear, leaving us with the maids taking our bags from the door. Knowing I'll now have to go with Joy to our allocated room, I freed myself from Aiden's hold not like I didn't liked him holding me from the back and say my byes to him until we see each other in next half an hour.I'm really happy that Aiden is noticing me .

Noticing a maid picked my bag I quickly grabbed Joy by the arm and dragged her over to the maid that took my bag. I waved at her for her attention and she bowed at me. I pointed to Joy's bag as well and she understood after seeing my hand on Joy's arm.

Grabbing the bag and walking up the stairs, we followed her to the room. I remembered the figure that once stood at the top of the stairs which was clearly gone now, but I wondered if he was one of the royals too.
