Chapter 5

~DAHYUN POV~

The smell of humans brushes past my nose as I continue to write up instructed rules for the teachers. It's just to remind them of what to do and what not to do to trick off any of the Seven Kings.

The smell that struck out the most was my daughter's Lily. Only because I see her everyday so to me her scent sticks out the most since I'm very well known to it. She's here which means my Kings will know she's here.

I sigh to myself and brush my hair back after throwing down my pen on the desk. Any minute now one of them or all are going to burst through my office at the sudden surprise that I even let the Lily to come to the castle, nevermind to say for two weeks.

I quickly picked up my phone to call my wife and tell her to come here. Usually I'm good with this kind of stuff, hence my job as head advisor but it was Volyl's idea at first place and because of her ability , I want her to explain why. As expected she agreed to come here, knowing she'll run here would be the fastest way so I don't have to wait long for her arrival,maybe ten minutes at most.

Tapping my finger on my desk , just waiting for the door to burst open. I've known these men for well 200 years so I would know what they're going to do.

BANG!

My office door flew open to hit the wall next to it causing a slight crack in the wall that I would have to get fixed later. I sigh once more and stand from my seat to bow.

"What is she doing here?!" Luke

I now look up at him, his eyes glowing red in fury at me and his fist balled up. He's ready to throw punches, if I was anyone else I wouldn't be alive right now but I'm Lily's father and I've gained their trust so they would have to know this is for a reason.

"It was Volyl's idea, she's on her way to explain."

I breathed out taking my seat again. H storms forward and slams his hand on my desk. I don't flinch. I'm used to it.

"That doesn't answer the question, Dahyun! What is she doing here !" Luke

He gritted his teeth , glaring down at me. I sat back at my chair to now fold my arms over my chest.

"It's for the best."

He scoffs, now removing his hand from the desk.

"Why Lily's here?!" Newt

"Calm down. I'm sure there's a reason to all of this." Han

They too now stormed into my office with Ruel and Jin following inside. They're the two who visits my house the most, well Volyl doesn't know that Ruel visits a lot but I promised him to keep that between us. In fact the others don't know Jin and Ruel visit my house but they know of Ren coming around a few times to talk about business but that's about it. It was a desperate matter and It couldn't wait for tomorrow.

"There's a good reason for it , if you'd all like to take a seat, Volyl is coming to explain."

I stood again to bow to the four Kings that have just entered my office. Ruel waves his hand at me and smiles.

"You don't have to do that everytime now. You've known us a long time." Ruel

I chuckled and scratched the back of my head.

"I know but it's a habbit now."

He laughs and takes a seat on a chair in front of me while the remaining four take their seats spread out throughout the room. There was silence in the room, it was awkward as all their eyes were on me. I would be lying if I say I wasn't nervous. I maybe close to them but they are still my Kings after all. Even Ruel's stare made me uneasy, he can go from easy going and friendly one minute to complete opposite the next.

"Oh come on! Just tell us why Lily is here!" Newt

"Not yet."

I said simple but he was already on the verge of exploding.I know he wants her here, he just won't accept it, None of them can. Newt shoots up from his seat and stalks his way over to my desk.

"You are walking on thin ice, Dahyun" Newt

He points his finger on me as I lean back in my chair. He was starting to scare me just a little , he's always the happy but singing around the castle, unless it come to business but right now he was letting his emotions get the better of him, which doesn't happen a lot for Newt. He maybe the youngest one but his temper is the best of them.

BANG!

My doors slam back open with a straight faced Damon, showing no expression and an equally pissed Ren.In a split second Ren grabbed me by the collar and slammed me up against the wall,He maybe the smallest but he had enough strength to hold me up in the air with me feet off the ground. I'm panicking inside as they've never done thus with me before but I try not to show it.

"Ren put him down!" Jin

"No! Dahyun! Why didn't you tell us!" Ren

"Volyl is coming, she'll explain why Lily is here."

"No Not That!" Ren

He snarled in my face and let go of me so my feet could land on the ground.Ge didn't choke me as he was using the collar of my shirt to support my body against the wall. I fixed my collar and bravely spoke up like nothing happened but watching Ren very closely.

"What are you talking about?."

Ren scoffs and dumps his butt on chair beside Ruel.

" About Lily having a boyfriend." Damon

He said standing behind Ruel with still no expression on his face. There was a series of snarls in the room and multiple red eyes. I sighed to myself and wished my wife was here right now.

"What!" Jin

"When did this happen?!" Han

"I'm gonna kill him!" Newt

He stood up to walk to the door as much as I want that too but I'm not going to let him ruin Lily's time here. She's been looking forward to this trip and I know she's wary of them already

so to not make that worse I had to stop him.

"She'll never forgive you if you do! And he's not her...."

I shouted back him but he cut me off. He stopped in mid step and quickly turned towards me.

"So what if she doesn't forgive me! He'll be gone who gives a fuck!" Newt

He turns to leave again but Han stands and pick him and dumps him back at the sofa I have to the side of the room.

"Newt, stay! We can't have Lily hating us, before she even gets to know us." Han

Newt snarls in fury and looks away at the corner of the room.

"Whatever. I'll get him one day." Newt

"Damon how are you so calm? you saw what I saw." Ren

Damon shrugs but bites his lip and fold his arms over his chest.

"I'm trying to calm myself from tearing him apart." Damon

That would explain his lack of outburst than the rest. He's always been the quietest one and calm one.

"I'm here, I'm here!"

Finally my wife is here and I couldn't be more relieved.

"Wow, what happened to the door?" Volyl

She inspected at she held it open and tried to close it. It was little wear and tear now since everyone kept slamming to open the way they did.

"That's not important. Why is Lily here?" Han

He stands back again and walks towards my wife as she backs away and comes to my side, but she's not scared she's smiling at the reaction Lily already seems to have given them. She told me they would act like this.

" Well Lily is your soulmate, for all of you." Volyl

"We're very much aware , thank you." Luke

He rolls his eyes and leans the side of his head on the palm of his hand that's prompt up

on the arm of the sofa.

"So what if she's our soulmate , you know it's dangerous for her to be here." Newt

"Actually it's for better. She would be safer off with the seven of you. If anyone can protect her from danger it would be the seven of you."Volyl

There was a moment of silence, all of the Kings thinking within their minds.

" Nope, I'm not buying it." Newt

"Actually now that she's here there wouldn't be any harm in her being here." Jin

"What! No! She needs to go home! I don't want her to be in any kind of danger!" Newt

"I agree with Newt. She could be at risk here." Ren

Volyl raised an eyebrow at him and smirked with her hand on her back , staring at him.

"Really? From who? You?" Volyl

Ren's face eyes popped wide before replacing it with blank expression.

"No, I can control myself and she's a halfbreed so." Ren

Volyl rolled her eyes and I tried not to laugh at the current situation.

"Sure you can." Volyl

She sighs and tucks her beautiful brown hair behind her ear.

"Look something within myself is telling me, that Lily will be safer here. She has to know she's your soulmate sooner or later and you all need her too. Soulmates need each other, so why not give you all a push to get together." Volyl

Thus time Han sighs and pushed his glasses up the bridge of his nose.

"Fine, but we'll tell Lily in our own time." Han

Volyl shakes her head and waves her fingers side to side.

"No way, I'm giving you all a week or I'm going to do it. She's only here for two weeks and then she's coming home." Volyl

"That's if I let you." Ruel

I heard him mumble under his breath but staring down on the floor with a little hint of smile.

"Besides I'm sure you all wouldn't want Lily to lose her virginity to her boyfriend now." Volyl

Ruel's little smile dropped and sprung his head to look at Volyl standing next to me with one arm around my shoulders. I too looked at her in shocked. That boy isn't her boyfriend well technically but her obsession ....

"What?!" Jin

He gritted his teeth together and grinding his fingers against the palms of his hand.

"Is she fuck!" Ren

He stood up and grabbed a stone ornament off my desk and threw it at the window causing it to shatter.

"Your Majesty! You are trashing my office!"

"Oh relax , someone will be to fix it within a day." Luke

But that's not the point but still I let it go. I understand his behavior , I would lose it to at even the thought of Volyl having sex with someone else but I don't wanna talk about that.

"Well gentlemen I think it's time to greet our guest and introduce ourselves to Lily's boyfriend, don't you think?" Han

He smirked and wipe down his suit, just as other five Kings stood up too, since Ren was still standing.

"What's his name?" Jin.

"It's Aiden." Volyl

Her smirk grew on her face, as did mine bcz now I understand what she's doing. They are going to cause problems with this boyfriend of hers and I can't wait to watch this boy finally disappear from her life.He has been stalking my princess from a long time.

We all proceed to walk out my office and make our way to the hall.I had to come of course and talk a little with Lily's teachers but I really hope what Volyl told the boys that they seriously consider telling Lily or she will do it herself.

I bid my goodbye and that I'll see her I'm home with a kiss on the lips of course and watched her leave through the doors.

All eyes were on the doors that Lily was already sitting behind her classmates. Damon signaled for the doors to be opened but Ruel quickly whispered something before walking through.

"Let's not keep our guests waiting." Ruel
