Chapter 18 "She will be suspicious"

Elio drove the car and followed the red dot that kept blinking on the phone screen..

Noah sat in the backseat and was looking out the window watching the night view of the city..

He got bored after just five minutes of the drive and took the laptop that was placed beside him in the backseat.. he sarted to work on his new video game that he was developing..

He liked to play video games.. but because he had to learn other things, he never got to play them..

His father had assigned many highly qualified teachers for him.. and he mastered many skills like computer programming.. software designing.. hacking.. stocks exchange.. many close combat skills.. and many more that you'll find out in the near future..

And one of the many skills he obtained was game development..

One day when his teacher was teaching him about programming and video games.. his interest arose in developing video games..

Noah asked his teacher about how to develop a video game.. his teacher looked at him with a surprising expression, he answered every question Noah asked and helped him understand everything..

That day Noah began his work on game development.. after three days he went to his teacher to show his final product.. his teacher thought that he was only a kid and was just playing around with his laptop... it was not easy to develop a game in just three days..

But when he saw the game that Noah was talking about, his eyes opened wide with surprise.. he tested the game in every way possible to look for any kind of bugs or any malfunctioning in it, but found nothing.. it was a perfect game developed by a six year old kid..

He told Noah to help him launch the video game in the gaming market, but Noah said that he'd do it himself..

Noah asked his father for some money to invest in stock market.. his father never denied him anything.. so, he just gave him the money and let Noah do whatever he wanted to do..

Noah invested the five hundred thousand dollars he got, in the stock market..

After a month Noah made a huge profit.. enough to open his own gaming company, and that's what he did..

By earning so much money he opened his own gaming company Cyg eSports Private Limited.. he made Elio and his left hand man Rick, the major shareholders of the company.. and employed two of his trusted people as members.. Elio held interviews for the capable employees and hired many of them to operate the company.. and finally launched the game in the video game market..

The game became popular in just a few months and his company made a huge profit.. within five months his company received the attention of many bigshot companies that were already in the market...

Many famous gaming companies came to offer collaboration with him, without knowing that the owner of the company was only a less than seven year old kid.. they all got rejected..

Everyone other than him, Elio, Rick and his two bodyguards that he employed, knew that Rick was the owner, because Noah made him represent himself as the CEO of the company..

The video game he was playing with Aldo was the game he developed and became popular with every age group..

Noah wanted to make his games popular in the international market too.. so, he was working on a new game in his free time..

Noah was still working when the car came to a stop and Elio said as he broke the silence in the car.. "Young master.. we're here.. take a look at the location in the phone.." He handed the phone to Noah and turned to look at his surroundings..

Noah took the phone and put the laptop aside.. he saw the red dot still blinking but it had come to a stop, a street away from their location..

He saw that it was the second most posh area in the city.. Houses, villas and apartments here were owned by people who were second tier business tycoons or handled matters related to underground market..

Noah's eyes turned chilly...

"It looks like we'll have to observe them first.. turn back.." Noah said without looking up from the phone..

Elio saw his face in the rear view mirror, he guessed that it was because of the location the red dot was showing..

It was not right to say that the situation was serious just because of the area they were in.. but still, it may become dangerous if they took it lightly..

Elio averted his eyes to look straight and asked "To where young master?"

Noah furrowed his brows and said while glaring at him from the back seat "Back to the home, where we are staying.."

Noah hated explaining anything twice.. although he didn't explain this time but in his opinion it was self explanatory..

'Why are they all testing my patience these days?' Noah asked himself in his mind..

Elio felt a shiver run down his body.. he scolded himself in his mind 'Elio.. you idiot.. didn't you see young master's expression? Why'd you ask him such a silly question? This time you were excused, but don't repeat the same mistake in the future or not just be doing push-ups this time in the cold in only shorts.."

Elio shook his head and turned the car around to go back to the home they were staying at..

It took them half an hour to arrive at the villa... Noah looked outside and said "Stop the car.. we'll walk home from here.. or she will be suspicious.."

Elio stopped the car and Noah walked out of it.. Elio then parked the car inside the villa, walked outside and locked the door..

Noah started walking and Elio followed..

One small human walking in the front and another big human walking in the back.. it was quite a sight..

They soon arrived in front of the two story house.. Noah stood in front of the door and Elio pressed the doorbell..

They didn't have to wait for too long before the door opened.. the first thing Noah saw was a face that had turned red with those red puffy eyes.. it was evident that she had cried a lot to make them look like that..

Noah was about to give a sarcastic remark about her looks, when he felt warmth spread all over his body..

Noah felt his body tensed up.. he had never ever been touched by anyone.. he always kept people at a hands distance.. this was the first time that someone had the guts to touch him, and hug him to make the situation worse..

But for some reason, he didn't feel angry or didn't feel like pushing her away.. He just stood there.. let her hold him..

Elio, who was standing behind Noah, saw Da-eun holding onto Noah tightly, and his eyes opened wide with surprise..
