Chapter 17 "Fear of loosing someone"

Elio saw the worried face of Da-eun and sighed.. He scolded Noah in his heart for disappearing suddenly 'My great young master Noah, you shouldn't have done that to the innocent Da-eun.. huh.."

Elio tried to calm her down "Don't worry Miss.. I'll go and look for young master.. He must have something important to do.. you drink this water and sit on the couch.."

He handed her a glass of water and made her sit on the couch.. he sat beside her for a few seconds until she finished the water..

Da-eun finished the water and put the glass on the table.. she then turned to face Elio and said in low voice "He is so young.. What's so important for him to do, that he had to go out so late in the evening, without even telling me or you? What if something happens to him? How'd I answer father if he asks me about his son?"

She felt her eyes burning and her vision blurred.. She was certain that she had overcome the fear of loosing someone after all these years...

So, why's she feeling like that now.. her heart was tightening with uncertainty.. there was a lingering fear that was resurfacing..

Da-eun felt something wet on her cheeks.. she raised her hand and touched it.. only then did she realize that she was crying..

It was the second time that she cried after that day when she realized that her parents were dead and not coming back anymore..

Whether she knew Noah for years or just a day, she still felt responsible for him because he was her dad's son.. Although she was being rude to him on his face but in reality she felt like there's finally someone there in the house with her other then her dad and grandpa, who was not home most of the time..

She was accustomed to this kind of lifestyle.. it was not inconvenient.. being alone in the house she learnt many things.. but that's off the topic.

Elio saw tears falling down her face.. he felt his heart aching for her.. he stood up abruptly and said in a firm voice "Miss Da-eun.. please don't cry.. I'll quickly go, find young master Noah and bring him back home safely.."

Da-eun finally looked up and saw him looking at her with expectant eyes, waiting for her affirmation..

Da-eun nodded her head and said while wiping the tears off of her face "Okay.. I'll wait for you to come back with him.. please make sure he's safe.."

Elio nodded his head "Rest assured Miss.. I'll be back as soon as I find him.." After saying that he left through the front door..

Elio closed the door after him and heaved a sigh of relief.. He walked to the right side of the house.. there was an alleyway.. he stopped in the corner and spoke in a low voice "Young Master I'm here.. you can come out now.."

Noah emerged from the dark corner of the alleyway and stood in front of Elio.. He didn't look at Elio and kept his head straight.. "Did you do it?"

Elio bowed his head a little and said "Yes young master.. I made sure not to let her know about it.."

A few minutes ago.....

Noah saw Da-eun following behind Aldo.. When he saw her leaving, something flashed through his eyes and they turned cold.. As soon as the front door closed, he stood up from the chair and called Elio..

Elio came almost running "Anything for me young master?" He asked as he looked at Noah..

"I'll leave from the back door.. make sure to not let her find out about it.. when she comes back, make an excuse and meet me in the alleyway on the right side, behind the house.." Noah gave the instructions and left, leaving Elio thinking about an appropriate excuse to leave the house..

But when Da-eun came running, calling his name and asking him to find Noah, he felt relieved.. Da-eun made it easier for him to leave the house..

Back to the present....

Noah nodded his head and took out his phone.. there was a red dot blinking on the screen.. it was moving forward on the way on the phone screen that looked like a map..

Noah watched the red dot for a few more seconds before speaking "Bring the car.."

Noah only told him to bring the car and not the purpose.. Although Elio wanted to know the reason, he didn't have the courage to ask about it from the little ancestor..

He still remembered the last time he asked him 'why?', he had to stay out doing three hundred push-ups in the cold only in his shorts..

Elio collected his thoughts together and quickly walked to the villa that Noah had bought in advance, before they came to live here..

The villa was for his young master to work.. it was a secret place for him to keep his things away from everyone..

He was only a seven year old kid in the eyes of everyone.. but Noah matured early because of how his father trained him in his early years.. and he was always strict with Noah..

Noah's father, Elio's master always said one thing when he talked about Noah "If he wants to stay alive, then he has to learn how to survive in our field of work.. And for his sake, I can't go easy on him.."

It was the result of his training that Noah learnt what he knew today at such a young age..

Elio respected his master and young master Noah, for how capable they were..

Elio arrived at the villa and opened the garage door to get inside.. he sat in the driver's seat, quickly drove the car out of the villa to pick up Noah..

The villa was only a street away from the house where they're staying.. so, it only took him twenty to thirty seconds with the car..

Elio stepped out of the car and opened the door for Noah to get inside.. "Young master.."

Noah got inside without any delay and Elio started the engine after he also got inside and buckled his seat belt..

He looked through the rear view mirror and asked Noah "Where to, young master?"

Noah handed him his phone and spoke in a cold voice "Follow the red dot on this map.. stop a street away from where the red dot stops.."

Elio took the phone and drove the car to follow the red dot..
