The Sky Calls Part 2

"Citizens of Destiny City!" Blake's voice rang out over the city. "The time has come for our great city to take to the skies.  With the world turning towards chaos, we will go to the one place that will allow us to be safer than anywhere else on this planet. The sky. It calls us, asking for us to use it as our new home. From this day forth, a new barrier will be placed around the entirety of the city. You will no longer be able to pass through it in order to protect you and your young from accidentally falling off.
