"Get lost" she yelled, his jaws dropped, "Why are you still staring at me, Oh, I almost forgot that you're not only dumb but deaf as well, I said you should get your filthy disgusting self out of my sight right at this moment"
He stood up, his pupils dilated before he turned and left her
A tear fell from her amber eyes but she quickly wiped it off, stood up and left with her bag 

Erica is a 16 year old teenager, her parents died in a terrible car accident when she was 5 and left her in a cold and heartless world with properties and finances which she had no idea on how to deal with, she experienced the harshness of the world at such a tender age which made her cold,sharp-tongued and ruthless till she met someone who changed her into someone she never wanted to be

SOFT ICE

As she approached the door,  she stopped to put on her earpods before she headed in towards her desk completely unaware that the previous homeroom teacher has been replaced by a new male teacher known as Mr Bernard Dion.


She brought out her textbooks and started jotting down things which was the complete opposite of what the teacher was teaching completely ignoring his teachings.


Mr Bern got flabbergasted at her ignorant behaviour and the fact that the students weren't bothered by her, ,which is why he decided to play with his luck by asking her a question


"The young lady with black earpods and blonde hair, can you please provide the answer to this equation" he said


The entire class turned towards Erica while some gave Mr Bern signs not to play with fire but Mr Bern's entire focus was on Erica


Erica pretended not to hear him and continued jotting down some stuff which no-one was aware of, Mr Bernard walked towards her and pulled out one of the earpods from her ear,


She turned towards him and for a moment Mr Bernard was dumbstruck, that must be one of the prettiest eye he has ever seen in his entire existence but the chilliness in her eyes made him almost stumble back, he struggled to comport himself as he couldn't believe that he was scared of a 16 year old.


 I said you should an-swer the que-sti-on on the board", he struggled to form a single coherent sentence, Erica stared at the pod in his hand and he immediately kept it on her desk, she put it back into her ear and she walked towards the chalkboard to answer the question, the class was awestruck as this was the first and only time Erica complied to an instruction, They were all mesmerised by her flawless handwriting as she solved the maths equation without stopping to think a bit,


But then she started writing something else below it, the class got curious when they saw her scribbling something below the answer she gave, when she was done, she kept her marker and left the classroom


They all stood up to read the bold words


THE SOLVING YOU GAVE FOR THE FIRST EQUATION IS WRONG,


They bursted into a roar of laughter while Mr Bern got embarrassed and regretted while he didn't mind his business


At the back of the class, a boy raised up his head from the desk, yawned, rubbed his eye and a smile crept to his face as he looked at where Erica was sitting a while ago.
