Chapter-33 London, 51° 30′ 26″ N, 0° 7′ 39″ W Gatwick Airport

In the taxi, Cecilia asked Doctor Aslan to book a flight to Washington DC from Gatwick. She also updated him about the chaos that had occurred at Heathrow. Andalas and Akiko were hurt but still able to continue the mission to go to the U.S. Cecilia also pressed Doctor Aslan to use his network to find out more about the Organization.

According to Cecilia, the Organization was the most dangerous opponent they had to face. The Organization was responsible to several assassination attempts. If the three of them did not come up with a solid plan soon, then their opponents would have better chance to eliminate them. The organization seemed to have a wide network and unlimited resources. They would keep on trying at any cost.

Cecilia had an idea. This team had to be separated after Washington D.C. Andalas should investigate and deal with the Organization. She and Akiko would continue with the original plan. Akiko would be more than enough to protect her. The young doctor was tough and bright. She had both medical and tactical abilities.

Doctor Aslan agreed to Cecilia's requests and told her to be more careful. Hitmen, secret agents, and people with bad intentions were increasingly brutal and open.

One thing that cheered Cecilia up was the news about the baby leopard arrived in Pandora. Doctor Aslan instructed a special care for the delivery considering the strategic value of the animal. If it was intercepted by other parties, then the possibility of beating the ancient bacteria from the African forests would be slim.

Professor Sato was handling the package. The baby leopard was fine. Doctor Aslan asked for additional security personnel from CIA and MI6. There was a very high chance that the Organization already knew that Pandora was the main data base for the two contagion cases and Doctor Aslan worried that the remote laboratory would be their next target.

Pandora's perimeter was expanded. New security protocols equipment and personnel had been installed within 5 km radius. Both CIA and MI6 directors, who were close acquaintances of Doctor Aslan, approved the request. They realized that Pandora was a vital object that needed to be protected. But the whereabouts of Object X was kept secret by Doctor Aslan.

At the end of their communication, Cecilia requested that the same equipment be delivered to their hotel in Washington D.C. Their bags and luggage were still at Heathrow Airport. Doctor Aslan said his men would take care of everything they left behind. There should not be a single trace that could be used as a clue for those who were hunting them.

The taxi stopped and dropped off the three disheveled looking passengers at Gatwick Airport terminal. They rushed in just in time for boarding. This time Doctor Aslan took extra precaution measures.

The entire main class was booked for the three of them and five additional passengers who were MI6 agents. Doctor Aslan did not want to have any more loopholes.

Cecilia and Akiko took the advantage of London-Washington DC flight time for a full rest. Those MI6 agents on the plane made them felt relieve. Not Andalas though. The man continued to carry out his duties with caution. Andalas would only close his eyes when he saw Akiko was awake. When Akiko closed her eyes again, Andalas would be fully awake.

After the plane landed at Dulles Airport, Cecilia and her two companions took a taxi to their hotel. The MI6 agents had disappeared somewhere. Their order was to ensure the safety of 3 WHO doctors until they arrived in Washington DC.

Cecilia and Will set their meeting in the afternoon. This mission was extremely important. Cecilia must be able to persuade Will. They had no other access to NASA but him. At least for now.

The afternoon weather in D.C. was quite pleasant. Spring had arrived. The cold temperatures was starting to warm up. Many people spending their time outside. The sidewalks were packed with people walking by.

Cecilia was going to meet Will in a crowded cafe. Akiko and Andalas were not sitting at the same table. The nerdy guy was quite paranoid and often acted awkward when meeting new people.

Akiko and Andalas were sitting on the next table.

An awkward looking guy entered the cafe. Ah, Will was still the same as she remembered him. Clumsy, tense, and insecure. Yet he was very sharp and knowledgeable in almost every subject in the world. Cecilia could only imagine the number of books that he had read in his entire life. Cecilia stood up and smiled at Will.

Will looked at his former classmates with unblinking eyes. They were not in the same faculty then. She was as beautiful as he could remember! Her skin was no longer pale, and a hint of muscle tone! Will smiled back.

After ordering 2 cups of coffee and a piece of pie, Will loved pies, she started with small talk. Her endearing giggles could be heard occasionally. Will mostly listened and noded. He was never good at making jokes. He took everything as a serious matter and responded accordingly.

"So, what are you currently working in NASA Will?" Cecilia shifted her chair, no longer facing each other, but side by side.

Will could smell her perfume. Her scent didn't change.

"I'm chief researcher of universal linguistics. I developed programs to translate extraterrestrial languages." Cecilia acted as if she was amazed by Will's explanation. She made sure that her blue eyes looked at Will in awe.

Will was blushing as Cecilia stared at him. He took a sip of his coffee before continuing the story. He was very nervous.

"I managed to translate the writings on the body of a UFO plane at Area 51. One of them is amazing because it's actually a kind of slogan; the Universe is a narrow field. Our mission is to fill in the gap from corner to corner in detail." Cecilia was genuinely impressed. Will was blushing again.

"So Area 51 isn't a bed time story?" Cecilia asked curiously. Will nodded firmly.

"You said you needed help to read something of extraterrestrial origin? Correct? I have to admit, I was really excited to hear about such information from you. I'll try to run it through my program."

Cecil pushed the newspaper on the table toward Will. She signaled him to open it inconspicuously. It's super secret. Cecilia whispered in Will's ear then headed for the ladies room.

Curious Will opened the newspaper carefully as if it could blow up in his face. Akiko almost burst a laugh watching how awkward Will was. Andalas cleared his throat softly reminded her to calm down. Akiko acted to look busy with her device.

Will stared at the small object in front of him with a stern face. He could not believe what he saw! Could it be possible that Cecilia played a prank on him?

Will's trembling hand touched the chip. If only I could be teleported to Area 51 right now!

Cecilia took her time in the ladies room. So that Akiko and Andalas could observe Will's real expressions and gestures when he saw the chip. Cecilia came out and walked back to her seat.

"So?" Cecilia tilted her head as she asked Will.

"This…this is incredible Cecil!" Cecilia put her index finger to her mouth as Will responded with great enthusiasm and sounded a little louder.

Will nodded. This chip was a holy grail for science. It was a portal to a world other than earth.

Will was sure the chip was not created by anyone on earth. He had seen something similar in a larger form in Area 51. And he was the person who translated the contents.
