Min-Kay finds it good enough and rushed into finalizing the deal, the cost was reasonable, and agreed on the terms. He asked the agent whether he could move today as he could see the apartment as pretty habitable with a little cleaning, and he could spend the night. The agent said if he could sign the papers with the owner then he could wire the money by next week, Min-kay asked where is the owner. The agent replied he is in the building on the ground floor Min-kay agreed to meet and wrap the deal at the earliest. The owner was an old man with a hat on his head in the evening, Min-kay rushed to the ground floor with the agent and met the old man. The old man introduced himself 'Hello I am Srini, I will be looking after this Grand Side (name of the building) and hopefully, we get along' Min-kay introduced himself 'Hello I am Min-kay, you can call me Mina' The agent brought the papers both of them showed their ID cards and Min-kay agreed to wire the money by tomorrow. After signing the papers both of them Shaked their hands and the agent helped Min-kay with the bags from the hotel to get into the apartment he got the keys to his room from the owner before he was leaving a woman entered the room and went straight for the old man and said 'I am here' the old man smiled and caressed her head and said did you eat anything? I am going to order some food for dinner and she said she had lunch earlier but love to have order dinner, Min-kay was thinking as if he heard the voice of that women but was leaving from the room but he but the old man stopped him asked 'Mina meet my granddaughter Sri' Min-kay thought she was really pretty and had beautiful eyes and hair and introduced himself 'Hello! I am Mina, I am new to this building' she brought her hands and introduced 'Hello Mina, I am Sinika I am a Lawyer I am living in the room opposite the one you rented, that was the only one that remained vacated' he shook her hands while shaking and thought he is done.
