The group stops talking and looks at the little girl who has finished her food and is enjoying a bottle. Abigal is washing the dishes, and the boys are smiling at their sister. The little girl started snickering and giggling as the room filled with smiles with her. "Esther, do you want to play inside or outside," the little girl thought for a moment before screaming, "outside, outside." Esther jumps up and down in her chair in anticipation of the outdoors. The tribe members began laughing. Many older members take pictures and videos of little Esther as the younger ones begin making faces at her. This excites Esther as the thought of being outside playing with everyone overwhelms her. Abigal looks at her friends who are edging her on because she knows it will be hard to catch her again the minute, she puts her down. Abigal takes a deep breath "okay, guys, I am going to take Esther out; whoever does not want to get caught by the monster better start running." Esther begins growling in excitement, and the tribe members start running out of the kitchen. Solomon and Abraham start running outside but not teasing Esther one last time. Abigal takes Esther out of the booster seat. The little girl starts wiggling to get free. Abigal is struggling to put shoes on her. In the end, she gives up and lets the little girl go. Esther has gone through the backyard doors where the rest of the tribe and kids are playing. She is still growling as she chases everyone around.
Some of the younger members have shifted into their wolf forms, and little pubs are being chased and chased by Esther. Samantha comes outside to see the excitement and smiles when Esther plays with the tribe. She finds Abigal in the corner with some of the older tribe members. "Abigal, who brought Esther out" she already knew the answer but wanted confirmation. "Luna Samantha, I did. Did I do something wrong. Alpha Michael was panicked that he couldn't find you or my mother. As Esther was about to wake up. So, I told him I would watch her". Samantha smiled at the young girl, putting her mind at ease. "You did nothing wrong, angel, but may I ask what happened to her shoes." Abigal looked down in despair. "I am sorry, Luna, she was so excited, and I did not have enough strength to get her shoes on. I will do better next time".
"It is fine, my dear; I know how hard it is, especially when she doesn't want to wear it. You did a great job for at least trying."
Abigal looked up and smiled as Luna praised her. Some tribe members beside her rolled their eyes as she was known to be a suck-up. Samantha walked off and took her place near the older tribe members recording the kids. They were all joyful and laughed as they watched Esther keeping up with the pubs and older kids. All you could hear was the sound of giggles and Esther growling. No one noticed that Esther had developed fangs and was getting ready to bite down on one of the pubs. The older members were laughing, and in the next second, they heard a shriek. They all jumped up to see that Esther had bitten one of the pubs on their tale. Samantha ran off into the field and grabbed Esther. The pub's mother was right behind her with a few members. They assessed the little pub's wounds, and the injury was minor. More concerning were Esther's fangs, and Esther's eyes had turned an amber eye color. This was new for her, and it was very concerning. Abigal ran over, ready to take Esther from Samantha. "It is okay, Abigal; I have her. You go back to your studies" Abigal nodded and ran back toward her friends. The other members looked at Samantha with worry. "Do not worry, everyone; this is what I discussed before. Esther will have new gifts, but for her to get these gifts. She will need to blossom earlier than expected. We must prepare for these shifts and train her as if we were training one of our own."
"But she is still so young to be going through her transformation," one of the women said
"Will she be able to understand?"
Samantha smiled at the ladies. Esther was fidgety in her grandmother's arms, the amber color known as a soft blue. "She comprehends more than we think." They all look at each other and then at Esther, who has calmed down and watched them intensely. They began to understand what she meant and nodded in agreement. Samantha takes Esther to the training grounds to start exposure to the transformation.
