After a series of hectic events, the brain shut down and wanted to be on its own to process that amount of information, Luna stayed at her apartment the whole next few days instead of visiting her hometown to attend her friend's funeral.

When Olrath saw her he disappeared quickly.

"Where were you ? " She said to Liam .

He continued walking towards his apartment and opened the door without saying a word .He was ignoring her .

Luna followed him and entered his apartment as if she was the owner, then said :" I am going to lose my mind" .

It was a random thing to say to someone who is considered a stranger till this day, he kept quiet but she yelled at him saying : "This time you have to kill me first, don't leave me behind, I am begging you to do that , there is no one left here for me, I deserve to die , why am I here !"

Liam was clueless about what she was saying, his facial expressions were so cold .

They were both standing in the kitchen, she was just standing there, while he was very close to the sink washing some vegetables he just bought.

He faced her right away after what she said, then said : "I don't want to spend the night with you today, you can return to your apartment" .

She started crying instantly, then said with a stolen breath : "Kill me Liam, I want to start over ..kill me ..I don't want to do it by myself !"

He was not showing any interest in what she was saying, so he left what he was doing then headed to his bedroom and jumped into his bed then said : "You have to fulfill your duties first, I can't kill you before that, Isa".

Luna was losing it when he said that, so she walked towards him saying angrily : "I lost my friends …they are dead ".

He broke their eye contact when she said that and went to the bathroom to take shower but she sat there crying even more .

Now, she was craving solace from a devil who wanted to kill her and vanish her existence .

' This is pathetic even for me, what am I even doing here in his apartment? He is the villain . I should run away .Maybe then I Could change something' .

Their death was unexplainable ! Two in one day on different occasions !

That's too far to be a coincidence !

Luna was seeking company after their death from Liam and somehow that desperate move was her only way to grief .

That day Olrath took his revenge from her when he used his companion's contractors to kill Joseph and Rose .

He did that without even discussing with him or informing him, he just found out about their deaths in college, and for that he just stayed away from Luna because he knew that she would suspect him .

Now, he walked towards her and walked her towards his bed then made her lay down.

She looked like she lost so much weight in just a few days, there were dark circles around her eyes, and her skin was so pale as if she was sick.

Liam looked at her for a long time then said : "If you're looking for empathy, I am not the good fit for you, losing people was always the major part of the process, they are both dead, you should just accept that and move on ".
