[MARINA]
They got inside Marina's office and found Marina's assistant, Clave serving the two layers of coffee. She thanked him, "care to join us?" Clave sat and leaned back on the comfortable chair, immediately, he slept off.
Marina sipped on the coffee, cringed, and returned the glass to the table. "How will this affect the contract we signed with Royal Inc.?"
The lawyers jolted wide awake, Marina was serious with work indeed. "Even if they said they wanted the boats soon and specific resources, they will understand we don't have power over nature."
"Are those clauses on the contract?" Marina asked, lowly.
"Yes, I no."
"Which is which? What about the Lakeside?"
Ivy tapped her legs, "where are you getting this today?"
"What do you mean?"
"You have never been this serious."
Marina stared at the lawyers and then the door, they got the message, stood, and left. "I spent the entire night studying boats, water, reading reports, they are all here." Said Marina tapping her head.
She had.

After Cecil returned from the Lake, she kept on pressing Marina about her father's funeral and why she was acting insane. Another fight followed, a big one and after Cecil saw Marina had no intention of listening to her, she sighed deeply and promised to return the next morning.
Marina grabbed her to her bedroom, pushed her to the bathroom, left, and locked the door behind her. "Shower, then rest. I will bring food later."
Crying, she kept scrolling through the TV channel, it has been a long since she watched. Perplexed when she saw the news about Lake Rimaria, she called Ivy and spoke shortly about their meeting and what the lawyers had said earlier. and when Ivy reminded her about the wine sommelier, she ended the call.
She immersed herself in reading the reports about Lake Rimaria and by the time she left to relieve herself, she almost jumped when she saw Cecil on the bed. She covered herself and took a shower. She returned to the kitchen, prepared some food, and placed them in the fridge.
Picking her keys, she left the house. and after several hours of thinking of solutions for Lake Rimaria, she called the wine taster, Ivy, and the lawyers.
**
"I have best at heart. This is business and if we are not careful, it will affect all of us, not only us but also Lake Rimaria residents. I am not insane." Marina explained.
Ivy nodded in understanding and left.
Marina stared at Clave, smiling, she removed her coat and covered the man.
When Ivy returned, she sat next to her, "let's do this then, we will find a solution, has the news report reported anything, or?"
"No, they haven't. We need to find a solution."
Ivy rubbed her face, "we do, or the mayor's office won't approve of it. Whoever said we should go through all this trouble... sucker!"
Marina hummed, "now. Let us focus."
*Four hours later**
"Shoot, I am the sorry boss," Clave said.
"No problem. Go home." Marina dismissed him.
"Yes, thank you, Clave."
Clave nodded and left, for the next two hours, Marina surfed through the internet, searching for beautiful boats and canoes. When Ivy stood and asked if she wanted anything for breakfast, she showed her a boat, "this suits my beta."
Stretching herself, Ivy mumbled, "right."
As Marina was picking the cups from the table, a knock came. She yelled come in, and Cecil walked in, dressed in Marina's dress. Marina narrowed her eyes at them and her, "why are you wearing my yellow dress? I love that dress."
"Marina, your dad is dead, and you are here cleaning your office." Cecil yelled. She was doing a lot of yelling lately.
"I said..."
"Insane, virtual burial."
"Exactly."
"Marina, you are crazy, and I am dragging you back..."
"No. Well, okay. I will go but under one condition." She placed the cups back on the table.
"Yes." Cecil said, lights appearing in her eyes.
"Boat competition." Marina squealed in happiness as if it was a genius idea.
"Your dad is dead..."
"Stop it already, I know dad is dead. Now now, where is Ivy?"
Ivy entered the office, one look at Cecil and Marina and she knew her comment was not welcomed, Marina picked up her handbag, "I am leaving, handle everything for me please."
"Where are you going?" Ivy asked, staring at Cecil who seemed as though she wanted to slap the daily life out of Marina.
Marina replied slowly, and sweetly, "I have a boat competition to plan!"
