Feeling of Aversion

"Do you think, this doctor can be trusted?" Alex asked worriedly. What if he pokes his nose in this matter. We cannot afford to be careless now, sister Rain." Alex asked worriedly.

"I know. But he is someone whom Dr. Rishi trusts. And he does appear to be someone reliable. He should be a good man" Rain said.

"If you say so sister Rain. But I think I must do a reinvestigation on this boss of yours. He appears to be more than what he shows." Alex said.

"Mmm. But he appears to be a good man too" Rain mumbled.

Alex frowned. Not liking the fact that his sister was speaking for some random guy. "You cannot trust people so easily sister Rain. Especially men like him. You should keep distance from him."

"I know. That's what Dr. Rishi said too." Rain looked down as she spoke faintly.

"Dr. Rishi is a wise man. Just do as he sa…" he was speaking when both their phones chimed, indicating that someone wanted to join their chat. Undoubtedly, this someone was none other than Zed.

Once connected, Alex reiterated everything to his big brother. Upon understanding the situation Zed spoke, "Alex and Dr. Rishi are right sister Rain. You should stay away from your boss. He appears to be different from what we know about him."

"I got it. I got it alright. No need to remind me again and again." Rain was annoyed by their words. She was not liking the way they were belittling Elliot in front of her.

Alex and Zed were stumped by their sister's sudden outburst. It was the first time their sister was talking to them in this tone and that too because of a man. They look at each other with a tacit understanding. Then and there, their aversion towards Elliot suddenly raised by a mountain.

"Alright I won't comment anymore on him. Now coming back to the main problem. What do you plan to do next, sister Rain? I can't believe he managed to fly that time." Zed changed the topic.

"Although the information here says that he doesn't have a fixed location, now that he is still alive, I know him enough to find the places he could be found. I will go and try my luck tonight."

As Rain finished, she noticed that Zed was about to say something, but she beat him to it " I know what you want to say Zed, but we cannot let others to do this job. He is way too cunning and powerful to be caught by anyone else and trying will only alert him. Right now, we don't even know if he is still working with that person or not. What if he alerts that person once he find out that we are behind it. Then everything we worked for so far will go to waste."

Zed lowered his head. He knew that Rain was right. That damn Obi was as slippery as an eel. If not how could he manage to escape from the clutches of death back then. If Rain did not go herself, it was impossible to catch him, just like what happened that year. But he was still worried for his sister. What if she could not control herself. He did not want his sister to once again be burdened by angst for not being able to control herself. Although his sister would neither say it or nor could show her emotions, but he could feel it. He was her brother alright.

"Zed, we have no other options. We have to take this gamble. And besides, do you doubt my prowess. Don't you know better than anyone about what can I do. I can handle tens of Obi Uchi let alone one" Rain raised her fists animatically. She felt she was badly influenced by Andrea as soon as she realised what she just did.

Zed and Alex chuckled at their sister. She was getting better and better with displaying her emotions. In front of them at least. But they never let Rain know about these little changes unless she becomes conscious of this resulting in her reverting back to her old self. That was the reason that Dr. Rishi gave them, and they agreed with it. Their sister had the habit of overthinking at times, making her slack in her recuperation.

After a minute of silence "Fine" Zed said with gritted teeth. "But you will take all the forty bodyguards with you."

"I will." Just as Zed was about to smile, Rain continued, "But I will take them in my own way. You won't interfere."
