Family's Video Call

Out of curiosity about what happened, Dominic came to Scarlett, who was eating a meal quietly at the time. The woman even did not have any injuries at all. And her clothes still look neat. It's just that her face is already dull because of the excess oil on her face. But it actually gave Scarlett's face a radiant effect.

"Try to explain to me," Dominic said abruptly. He pulled a chair facing Scarlett. Of course, making Scarlett stunned, she was also a little choked by Dominic's actions.

"You really surprised me."

Scarlett picked up the juice and drank it, then looked at Dominic's eyes.

Scarlett raised her eyebrows in disbelief. She relented and didn't want to urge Dominic to tell her about the French language Dominic was good at. Scarlett explains everything that happened while she was in a pasta restaurant and, as a man who had stolen her, things hit her. 

"From tomorrow on, we have to walk around together."

"What!" cried Scarlett in shock, making all the visitors glance in her direction.

"Keep your voice quiet," said Dominic, who felt uncomfortable when many pairs of eyes stared at them.

"yes ... yes sorry, I was just surprised. Seriously?"

"Does my face look like I'm joking?"

Scarlett felt disgusted instead of answering his question. The man instead asked Scarlett the question back.

"Oh... come on, Dominic. You're freaking me out."

Dominic raised his eyebrows in confusion. Why could he scare Scarlett? He just said for them to go for a walk together, instead of wanting to do anything negative.

"Why?" retorted Dominic.

"Nope."

"Or do you think I'm going to do a weird thing to you?"

"Don't speculate that miscellaneous. I'm done."

Scarlett got up and headed to the cashier to pay for her meal. Then walked over, leaving Dominic, who was still sitting while staring at Scarlett's departure.

[You strange woman.]

Dominic moved away and walked into the hotel. He was very tired, and wanted to clean up, and then went to bed.

Early the next morning, Scarlett was about to walk around outside, it happened that she wanted minestrone Soup for breakfast this morning. when opening the door, Dominic's figure, who had been standing at the door of her hotel room since when shocked Scarlett's body.

"Gosh," Scarlett held her chest, her heart beating wildly, she was so shocked this time.

"Can you not make me constantly surprised?" annoyed, Scarlett looked at Dominic, who was putting on her straight face.

"I just wanted to squeeze this bell, but you opened the door first."

Dominic didn't want to be blamed, because he really didn't mean to make Scarlett surprised.

"Come on ...." Dominic pulled Scarlett's wrist.

"Hold on, wait."

"Why, Scarlett?"

Dominic turned his body. He felt astonished by this woman.

"Look at," Scarlett pointed to her wrist held by Dominic. 

Of course, it made Dominic reflexive, letting go of his handgrip. He also walked first without taking Scarlett. Already feeling embarrassed, that's what Dominic felt.

Scarlett chased Dominic, who was almost far away. They also walked hand in hand. However, unlike couples in general, it is precisely that they walk in a state of equal silence. There was no conversation whatsoever, other than a speech to find a restaurant.

When she arrived at a fast-food restaurant, Scarlett ordered minestrone Soup, which is a specialty of the country. The two of them also ate the food solemnly. None of them spoke. It's not that you don't want to, it's just that it's so difficult to find the topic of the conversation this time. Instead of sounding very awkward, the two of them just chose silence. Until a video call interrupted their focus on breakfast this morning.

"Who?" asked Scarlett when she saw Dominic's panicked face.

"My parents, come here quickly."

Scarlett heeded Dominic's words, she also shifted to be with Dominic. Then, Dominic raised the video call, and gave a warm greeting to both parents.

"Hola, Mom." 

Dominic seemed to be embracing Scarlett's body. The two of them even looked like lovers in love with each other. Dominic occasionally became intimate with Scarlett by kissing the woman on the cheek. And so did Scarlett, who returned an intimate hug to Dominic's body. Like most parents, they just want to know how their child and daughter-in-law routine is when they are on their honeymoon. After learning the news of the two, Dominic's parents closed their conversation.

"Huh... finally...." Scarlett shifted back to where she was when her video call disconnected. Then continued his breakfast again. However, with just a few spoons, she ate her food. Now it was her mobile phone's turn to vibrate.

There is the name Amber, the mother of Scarlett. She also motioned for Dominic to come closer.

"Hello, mom. How are you?" greeted Scarlett kindly. As Dominic's parents did, Amber also asked how they were doing and wanted to know the routines of the two. Neither Dominic nor Scarlett had to pretend to be romantic though. He couldn't afford to have to pretend to be like this. When the connection to his mobile phone was interrupted, they behaved normally, and it seemed as if nothing had happened.

"This scene is really hard to do," scarlett muttered, who was still able to be heard by Dominic.

"That's right, let's leave here immediately. There are many places to go."

Dominic moved and was about to pay for the food at the cashier. Unlike Dominic, Scarlett looked dumbfounded by Dominic's behavior.

Scarlett also moved and caught up with Dominic, but when she was about to leave. Her phone is back bordering and shows if Amber tried to contact her via video call. Like a child chasing her father, Scarlett walked up to Dominic to pretend to make out, and so on, until her family repeatedly contacted these two people.

As the evening approached, they exhausted the two of them from visiting too many tourist attractions. Finally, Dominic bought two bottles of wine to drink together with Scarlett in the car he rented. Scarlett is indeed a very innocent woman, and for the first time she drank the wine Dominic gave.

"Do you know? I love Jack so much, Jack. But he was so heartbroken to betray me," Scarlett said with a slight laugh. She drank too much alcoholic beverages. So making herself unconscious has told Dominic her entire life story.

"Ha... Ha... you guess I don't love Zoe? She's even a woman I love so much more than anything I've got."

Similar to Scarlett, Dominic was also a little drunk. The two of them told stories in a heartbreaking tone. The heartbreak they felt made the two determined to avenge them. And that's why they can be a husband and wife.

"Zoe...." said Dominic. He looked at Scarlett, who looked like Zoe. Likewise, scarlett felt her gaze caught if Dominic was Jack. The man she loved so much.

Scarlett brought her face closer to Dominic, as did Dominic, who was holding Scarlett's nape gently. He landed a kiss on Scarlett's lips, and slightly bit the woman's lip.
