30 The journey
The journey to find the Lady of the Lake began. Nimune(or Mu)who they were searching for and they didn't even have an idea where she was. The drawing of the plant which was in the hands of Shang was their map. They had to find a forest with that plant. Maybe,just maybe their us a lake in the forest.
Shang,Min and Cheng headed to Mount Qin,a place that consists of beautiful plants. There is a slight possibility that they might find the plant there.
Mount Qin, existing in the southern part of XIA Empire,Min's kingdom. Lots of plantation, beautiful ornamentation filled the place. In the east of Mount Qin, plantations were enormous but the west,ornaments and a shining and bright stream filled the place. It is a beautiful sight to see.
Jasmine stood there speechless. The surroundings were superb that made her want to cry and reside forever in there. It was beautiful.
Cheng moved to the East where plants were and searched for the one that seemed similar to the one in the drawing. But unfortunately,none matched. They had no choice than to continue the journey.
One thing that didn't pass through the intelligent Cheng's mind was the Lycans. The leader who changed into the form of a human called him Demon. No one knew about the Demons after the war that took place ages ago. Fine,wolves lives longer but not this kind. The war was an ancient one. An ancient one that no supernatural beings or humans could tell the story. Maybe only the scholars can. Those Scholars knows even the beginning of times story. The might know the story as every scholar kept history.
Cheng didn't think of it,if the Lycans know of the Demons then it meant only one thing, 'captured Succubus'.
They moved and went away from Mount Qin even though Jasmine protested to stay longer. But they couldn't.
Moving to Hua Empire,an Empire that resided in a fucking freezing place. Fuck. Before even getting there,Jasmine was freezing already.
"Ohh,t-this p.p.pla-ce is e-even colder than Ru-s-sia. I might have not rea-ched t.. there beee-fore but damn",said Jasmine. Cheng pulled her to his body and rubbed her hands together with his and Min thought of how he could be warm in the cold weather.
She looked at Shang and he looked nonchalant. Seems like Demons won't get cold. When they got to Hua Empire,no citizen could be seen and they all made their way to the palace. They were ushered in respectfully by the servants and guards.
A really pretty specie came to meet them and instantly pulled Shang and Cheng into a hug. Jasmine stared at him and of course,she knew he wasn't human nor Demon.
He looked heavenly in his red robe. His long hair packed in a bun but they back hair falling and reaching his waist. His nose pointed,lips,thin and flat and his eyes,red and it wasn't hard for her to know he is a Vampire.
What other species existed here?
In all the Chinese dramas and novels she's read so far,they never had any supernatural beings in it. It was just them using powers and flying in the air but this,it totally differed and that never stopped amusing her. It seemed as if she was in her own imagination of Chinese book. Just the way she imagined it.
After the men pulled away from each other,she was introduced to the Emperor of Hua Empire and the guy stared at her with a lopsided grin which irked her. She found out his name was Emperor Zheng.
They were served food and were given a place to rest. The men together with the Emperor were having wine she Jasmine lied on tje bed. She thought of home again. She did truly missed home,her mom,her dad,her friends especially Andrew. She didn't even know whether he had forgiven her yet and maybe he had gotten over his feelings with the older lady. She even thought of Cheng,the Modern era Cheng. He was totally different from this one here. She knew it was because of she was playing the role of Mina,his enemy here but in the Modern era,she was Jasmine. The girl living with Cheng and always flirting with him. She couldn't even decide which she liked the most. Maybe this Cheng or the Modern era Cheng. What era did she even prefer?she was indecisive.

Zheng sipped his wine as he looked at the friends of his that graced him with there presence and even brought along a snack. A pretty snack that he was certain will taste heavenly. He lipped his lips.
Cheng raised a brow and said, "You shouldn't say that."
"What?"replied Zheng cause he knew he didn't say anything at the moment.
"Your thoughts,I can hear them",said Cheng.
"Oh,she did be a lovely snack you see,that pretty princess",said Zheng again but this time to Shang's hearing which made him raise a brow.
"She's not a snack or food. She's my princess,so stay back",said Cheng growling lightly.
"I didn't know you already claimed her,I give up",said Zheng with a smirk. He couldn't believe he had just lost a lovely snack. He couldn't even fight with Cheng because that will mean he wanted to end up six feet Underground. It was both Cheng and Shang that made him to what he is today.
They fought beside him, slaughtered and killed all his enemies and made him the Emperor of all Vampires. Though some of the Vampires leaders usually felt they were king but when the see Zheng,they won't even dare think of being Emperor.
They discussed about different things,how they've been doing lately and during the past years. Cheng brought out the drawing as Shang had given it to him earlier. He showed it to Zheng and he thought of where he had seen something similar to it. He remembered and said,
"Lu Forest."
