41 Chapter 41

At Mina's home

Mina sat on the floor with a glass of while in her hand, sipping it. She laughed and tears streamed from her eyes. She laughed at her miserable self. Loving someone who could never return her feelings. The way he stared at the girl,made her heart bleed. All she wanted was for him to look at her just once. Just the way he looked at the girl. Though he mightn't be aware of how he stares at the girl,she could see it all. The care, affection,love. She just wanted him to look at her that way for once. Just once.

It felt like forever when Jasmine sat on the couch watching 'Yet to come',it been so long she watched music video. Cheng walked out of his room in his suit,looking dashing as always.

"I'm off to work",said Cheng

"ok,bye,take care."

When the afternoon came,Jasmine decide to take a stroll and stop staying indoors. She got out and strolled around. Walking out of the mansion,she walked wherever her feets took her to. She came across a styling shop and entered it. After fixing her hair,she came out of it. She totally looked different from earlier. Her hair was dyed in color purple and was cut short. This had always been the look she wants but couldn't as her parents were going to disagree. Speaking of her parent,she surely missed them but what could she do?nothing.

Jasmine walked out of the shop and made her way to the mall. All what she was going to do and where she was going to go,she was going to trek. Walking amidst the crowd,who couldn't stop staring at her. She was damn gorgeous.

She entered the mall and bought clothes,shoes and lots of things making use of the card that Cheng gave to her. When she got out of the mall,she found herself someone else and couldn't help but scream, "What the fuck?!". Above her,the sky,the heavenly bodies were visible. The stars,moon and the planets showed from above. She looked around her and didn't see anyone. The building she came out from wasn't there again and she wonder where she was. No building, nothing was in sight except what was above. She could even see the sun but it wasn't shining?what the?

The bags in her hand fell and she walked. Walking around with no one in sight,not a single thing. Not even habitat. Nothing was in sight. How did she even get here. Who the heck was playing with her life? This kind of place even existed? Why wasn't anyone even in sight? How the heck could the planets and moon be visible in sight?.

Jasmine kept walking until she came across a river. A river? it was a frozen river? It wasn't even snow season. The sun wasn't shining here,so there wasn't heat nor was there cold as rain was falling. Moving closer to the wide and vast river,she looked around her to search for something but there was none. She took her earrings off and threw one on the frozen river and immediately,it broke. The heck? Just a single earring and the frozen river cracked and broke. She moved away from there and decided to go back to where she came from earlier. She didn't know how many days or weeks or months she was going to be here for,so she decided to go get her things which fell from her hand earlier that she didn't pick. When she got there,she didn't see anything in sight. Maybe this wasn't the place,she walked to another side but still, nothing. Death!she was going to die!how the heck was she going to survive in this unknown place. Palace that nothing was in sight. Absolutely nothing. Typically nothing. Oh jeez,this was death. Maybe if she had just sat in Cheng's home and watch movies then this wouldn't have happened. Fate!this was her fate!her fate was to move from world,to world and then the rotation continues. Such a cruel fate. Who even wrote her fate?was she an enemy of the fate writer?how was she when she was in heaven?maybe she was wicked a d then after coming to earth,they decided to make her suffer such a cruel destiny.

She knelt on the ground,raised her head up and shouted, "Lord!Lord!please save me!forgive my shortcomings!all my suns and lies, forgive me!just don't make me die cause I don't want to."

After praying,she sat down and placed her head on her legs and cried. She was happy that she was able to meet Cheng but this,all this,thus place,this wilderness,it just made her want to go home and lie on her mother's laps. She was getting tired. Maybe this was where she was going to die. Maybe her time has arrived. But,what if she dues and never get to return home?what if, after she dues and actually reaches heaven,or hell. She wasn't even going to see her Mama again. She hadn't even fulfilled her purpose in life yet. She wanted to do lots of crazy stuff with her friends,she wanted to go to concerts of her favourite musicians. She wanted to live long. She wanted to get married and have children but it ain't possible as she was in a place which was a place if no return. How devastating!

It started to get dark and Jasmine wondered if the moon was going to shine bright in the sky but it didn't?The moon was just there,just like the drawing of the moon in books,no reaction from it. At least,it was supposed to shine in the dark. The sun didn't even shine during the day,and the moon didn't at night. Such a life.

When it got darker,she started to fall asleep and she did. Sleeping without a care. All of a sudden,a door came into view and opened, someone stepped out of it.
