44 Chapter 44

Jasmine and Cheng walked hand in hand to the town of hell. It was quite shocking to Jasmine as there was light in hell. The sky wasn't dark at this part nor was it so bright. She turned to look at Cheng who smiled sweetly at her..One thing she couldn't still wrap her mind around was how she got to hell. What time was she in because it didn't look as if it was the time Cheng left hell. She scoffed at her self as she didn't even know when Cheng left hell. It had even been ages ago and she had never come into existence or ever been thought of existing.

"Are you alright?"asked Cheng

"No!"Jasmine replied instantly and Cheng halted. He turned to face her and looked at her worriedly

"What is wrong?"

"Everything in here is wrong",said Jasmine to which Cheng tilted his head and wondered what she was saying. "Why is this place bright and your side isn't?"questioned Jasmine

"Oh",said Cheng and chuckled. "In hell, everywhere is supposed to be dark and it is but three hundred years ago,little forgiveness was served and we got light at this side of hell. So we turned this part to town for the people of hell."

"ohh,so in years to come,will everyone be forgiven?"asked Jasmine

"No,no forgiveness as people find every day and that resulted them in ending up here", explained Cheng

"Why were you guys forgiven?"

"I don't know,I was never aware of the reason but I surely know that something big happened that resulted to it"said Cheng.

"Wow!"exclaimed Jasmine as she saw jewelleries made with pearls and lots of other things. "Things on earth are sold here"

"Yes,this is the land for sinners and demons,and you see,Demons are so fashionable. So designers from earth whose souls are meant for hell,they become designers here"explained Cheng

"Don't people who die and go to the afterworld forget everything about them?"asked Jasmine

"They do but see we Demons posses powers,so the knowledge of them making things will be restored back to them,and then they become designers in hell. Living a big life",stated Cheng. "And its the same with every other goods"

After some time in the town,Cheng took her to his favourite spot,The Nameless River. The Nameless River was a place in hell which after centuries and centuries,there was a name to give to it. The river was a beautiful, amazing place that everyone found unbelievable as such a place didn't fit to be in hell. The sky was dark at this side too but it didn't mean that the beautiful sight of the river won't be seen. The water was dark in colour looking like a polluted water but it wasn't polluted. When filtered,it was still the same way showing that it wasnt polluted. The River could have been named, 'Dark River' but it had other features. The river was dark in colour and at the same time,it was golden. The dark and golden colour mixed together in the water but not forming just a particular colour, the two colours were both visible.

"It's beautiful",said Jasmine

"I know",replied Cheng

After everything,they both headed home. Home. This wasn't Jasmine's home. It was Cheng's, thought Jasmine. She was from this land not from the two previous ones she had visited. Before she died in the olden era,she had always visited just the two era and never visited here. But after she died in one era,another era or should i say world,she got into another one. It seems like she would be going from one world to another.

When they got home,they had Dinner as it was already night even if Jasmine didn't know it was.

"Goodnight",said Jasmine to Cheng and he nodded. As she took a step,she heard Cheng call her, "Jasmine"

"Yes?"answered Jasmine as she faced him

"Today was wonderful and it's all thanks to you",said Cheng as he got in his feets.

"Thanks to you also",said Jasmine with a smile.

"Thanks to you more",said Cheng as he stood right in front of her.

Jasmine stared at him and smiled widely. He was the reason she got here. He was the reason she got into her favourite book but to her surprise,the book changes. She looked at him and a thought came into her mind. She hadn't even had the time to flirt with her Cheng before coming here. This Cheng here,could she flirt with h and get away. What if he wasn't interested. But who cares,she did try first.

Jasmine stared at him with a grin before moving closer to him. She closed the gap between them and she held his robe in her hand and smiled brightly. "What material is this?"questioned Jasmine as she roamed her hands in his body cloth.

"Silk", answered shortly Cheng.

"It's nice",replied Jasmine as she continued to roam her hands in his cloth. "You see,I really like guys who has fashion sense. Guys that dresses to kill are my type",said Jasmine

"Hmm",replied Cheng.

"And also,pretty guys are my type. How I love pretty dudes"

"mmh",said Cheng and nodded his head as he stared at her. It wasn't as if he was oblivious of what she was doing,he was just surprised. He never took her for a tease. She looked docile but right now,she looked docile still but with a pinch of wildness. As she kept roaming her hands on his cloth,he caught hold of it and raised her chin,making her look at him.

"You are playing with fire,Milady",said Cheng

"Oh my,that's blackpink"s song,are you a blink?"said Jasmine and answered her question herself, "you can't be a blink"

"You want to burn?", said Cheng to Jasmine and she smiled before saying

"Burn me.."
