"Burn me" said Jasmine and before she felt her back hit a wall. Her back ached a bit but it didn't matter to her as she looked at this beautiful specie that stared at her with blazing eyes. It was as if he truly was.going to burn her. Cheng had always been some someone who had the aura that screamed, 'run' but right now at this moment all she could hear was, 'you are going to get burn'.

Cheng,future ruler of the Demons and hell. He looked at the pretty girl that was in front of him. The one who has made his heart beat in just few days if knowing her. The one who made his lifeless soul come back to life. Demons were creatures who didn't have and never will have the sound of heart beating but Cheng,at the sight of Jasmine,he felt his heart beat and skip. Something that had never happened..He might be imagining it but all the same.

The girl even dared him and asked him to burn her. If he burned her,she surely wasn't going to survive. He himself was fire,hell and she getting burned by him was...

"Dare to repeat that sentence",said Cheng and Jasmine bravely, courageously repeated it, "burn me"

"How audacious!you wouldn't want me to do that to you as I will truly burn you"

"Then do it"

Cheng moved more closer to her and the air got heavy,he used his fingers to trace her face down to her neck and then shoulder before saying, "I've got the touch of a flame,you will surely burn if i accept your request"

Jasmine pushed Cheng away and ran off. As she ran to the left side if the room,she figured it wasn't the way to her room and then turned back again,running past Cheng who had a smirk on his lips

"Goodnight",said Cheng softly as ever and Jasmine heard but didn't reply.

Lord knows,she wasnt scared but plainly embarrassed. It seemed like she had to level up her flirting ability. She was flirting with him earlier but she got flirted with and ended up saying audacious words.

Jasmine rolled on her bed as she couldn't sleep,lots on things just filled her mind. Few minutes later,she fell asleep and when she opened her eyes,she saw herself on the ground,tied like an animal in the middle of a crowd. She surely was still in hell but why was she tired. As she kept thinking,she saw pair of legs and whosoever it was bent to her level. "You dare deceive me"spoke Cheng and Jasmine shook her head.

"How dare you?you shall pay",said Cheng before standing up and directed some people to her side and said, "carry her and burn her"

"No,no,no",screamed Jasmine. "Don't do this to me Cheng. Don't. Please",Jasmine continued to scream but it fell on deaf ears as Cheng didn't react.

As she was bundled,she got thrown into a big burning and blazing fire and she screamed,

"Noooo". Jasmine woke up sweating profusely and looked at her surrounding. She figured she was still in her room. She hadn't had a nightmare in years now and now she had one after a long time but it wasn't relating to what happened back then. She got on her feet and got out of the room to fetch water as she was thirsty.

She headed to the kitchen and met Shang along the way. "Why are you awake at this hour?unable to sleep?"asked Shang as he stared at her. It looked like she had cried as her eyes were pluffy.

"I'm thirsty",said Jasmine without an emotion.

"Ok,I will fetch it for you. Wait for me in your room",said Shang and Jasmine nodded and headed back to her room while waiting for Shang's arrival. She sat on the floor and wondered what kind of nightmare she had. She didn't want to die. Not now at least and not in here. Even if one wanted to die,it wasn't getting burned.

She heard a knock few minutes later and went to open the door. Right there stood Chen with a jar of water and a cup. He got into the room without an invite and sat on the bed waiting for Jasmine.

Jasmine shut the door and went to drink the water that Cheng has filled into the cup. She took a sit beside Cheng and didn't say a word. She hadn't expected to see Cheng at this moment. She was still trying to wrap her head around what she dreamt about and now, someone who murdered her in her dream was sitting beside her.

"Are you okay?"asked Cheng worriedly and Jasmine nodded her head.

"I am"

"I don't you are",said Cheng and brought his hand closer to check her temperature but Jasmine flinched and moved back.

"Something is wrong",said Cheng as he got on his feets. "You can tell me,ok"

"I had a nightmare",said Jasmine as she tried to stop seeing the gruesome sight in her head.

"Do you want to talk about it!"asked Cheng

"No"

"Ok then. You should sleep. I will watch over you",said Cheng to Jasmine who laid on the bed. Cheng sat on the cushion and watched her as she slept.

It took quite a long time before Jasmine could fall asleep. She kept thinking and thinking if what she dreamt of was her fate in this place. She didn't want to ever get burnt alive. Abomination. What did she even do to get burnt. She remembered ckeay of the lines Cheng spoke. He was like she deceived him. How did she deceive him,or was it that she deceived him of not telling him she wasn't a soul but an actual human being who didn't know how she got here. She didn't even come here,he brought her here and she was grateful. But he killing her,she rejects such and will surely not to do or say anything that will put her life in danger.
