58 - Truth of the soul.

Gerasmine stared at the huge god before her, her head was still trying to process the slight adjustment to the deal he had given her. Her yes raked his form with she believed had grown a bit in over how long exactly.

Time was something she couldn't count pressure where she had been .Spending the moments just seating around the eye symbol and playing with the several mana orbs floating about her in the space she was dumped in.

While she had no issues with being sidelined as there was a fight she felt she couldn't take part in simply because she felt the wrongness of the creatures coming to them.

Also her mind had barely gotten over the memories of the scene from several days back with Erizos creating a literal sun. How many would mention being there at a sun's creation.

Yet here he was yet again asking her to technically be the other to the first of his gods. Although the term mother was a stretch having her donate genes was basically same, right?.

So of course it was of no surprise to her but of bigger one to Erizos when she accepted. Which brought them to that very moment.

Not wanting a demigod or half breed due to Gerasmine's incomplete godhood Erizos mutated her.

He and Gerasmine though took quite the long moments considering the kind of effects and aspect he should bestow on her. Once the finally decided on something after a long debate he poured in his divinity into her body while simultaneously having her absorb five order cores. Then pulling up his tab he watched as yet another cocoon formed in the space.

Yet unlike the other egg like vessels that held the newly reforming beings this one shone a bright green. Erizos perplexed couldn't help but pondered if it had to do with her forest and earth attribute. If it was this strong that it shone out when with his divinity then his choice was undoubtedly good.

The first thing he did was to note her aspect down. But seeing it related to earth he nodded before creating a new bead. The changes he made were minimal, simply granting her some authority via the module and then ignoring her looks he checked up on everything before he confirmed it.

Before the egg shone green, but once he confirmed the changes it brightened and a current of energy pulsated from the cocoon radiating immense divinity and order.

Leaving the cocoon to continue it's job he floated back up to the eggs were the Kershini and Kyratk we're to be born from. The process I like he expected ess yet to be complete.

"Is it slow for some reason?" he pondered out loud tilting his head in confusion.

[I Don't Know Maybe You Should Have Thought Of Lesser Complicated Racial Effects Or Such When Creating The, Especially The Kershini. Those Things Are Not Angelic]

"Who said anything about them being glorious and radiant beautiful helpers. I need warriors not barbies" he argued.

His attention went to his creation module where he had spent the last moments cresting a design while waiting for Gerasmine to reply his new proposal. The design he had made for the new upcoming god was something he felt was common.

Looking at the design for the longest it bored him. Erizos glanced down to Astra Halo watching the entire network and clusters shine brightly. Then looking back at the module screen he smirked.

His hands roamed the screen as he began tweaking again adjusting few things without changing the overall first design.

[...]

His inner voice was to speechless to say a word so it just observed stunned. Finally just as he made the last finishing touches the crisp sound of an egg breaking raised his awareness.

His Deific sense pulled his vision down to the green shattered specks of energy dissipating to look upon the new being before him.

Gerasmine barely had any difference in features compared to her old form, given she was a deity then the change should or would have been little if not one thing.

Her size. Where before she had been almost at his thigh while being little to boot. Now she stood as tall with only a head lower than him. At fifteen feet she had a goddess build now. Long green hair that fell to her waist, emerald eyes that shone like a gem.

Gone were her clothes revealing her nude form to the god who averaged his gaze with a red blush steaming on his face.

He raised his hand about to transmute clothing for her with his energy when green wisps of light floated over her. The motes slowly joined together in what became a bright flash before stretching out over her.

Noting this he forgot about looking away as he turned to observe. The light weaved about her like a dancer slowly forming a shaping till it dimmed leaving a familiar but more sophisticated looking gown on the new goddess.

'I should have evolved her back then. Oh well I guess it didn't cross my mind.' he thought.

Pulling up her table he grinned as he looked at the end result of his tinkering.

He frowned when he noticed a discrepancy in her stat. Why did she seem to have more starting units than him when he was just made.

[Order Cores And Your Damas ]

He nodded realizing it was indeed possible. While they could get divinity the usual way the order cores and chaos fragments would refine and push both theirs and the bodies of all his subordinates here to greater heights. Making them not just powerful amongst other gods in divine units but also in hand to hand combat Since he had already formed a habit of mixing his blood into his divine energy to make sure anything that he made, would have the ability to use divine energy if he wished it and would also be able to regenerate it. It explained the evolution stat to which showed her at second supreme.

"I feel. different"Were her first words

'You're now literally fifteen foot tall. Yes you are different 'he thought while he smiled his four eyes blinking.

" And this energy, it's divinity right?. Amazing. It feels so... warm and lively. I could always sense the life within all plants and things back on Fiarin but to think it all comes down to this" she muttered marvelled.

'Wait what?' Erizos asked in his mind feeling kike he just learned something new. 'Did she just say that all life is somehow divine?'

[Not Somehow. It Is Divine, At Least In A Sense. Why Do You Think Humans And Other Beings Can Ascend To Godhood. Lives Are Basically Divinity In Its Tiniest Bit. Like The Littlest Atom To A Whole Block Of Stone.]

"That's, wait, how would that work?"

[Most Worlds Use The Process Of Strengthening To Push Their Inhabitants To Godhood. Other Worlds Lack This Path, Not Because Its Impossible But Because Its Not Just Set]

"Wait you are saying that each world depending on the rules it has can create humans able to achieve godhood'

[Plus. Setting A World On A Path Where Its Inhabitants Have To Survive By Fighting Pushes Them To Attain The Soul Force Of Other Lifeforms. Slowly Stacking All The Atoms Of Divinity That Eventually Leads Them To Godhood]

" But won't that take forever?"

[Which Is Why Most Ascended Gods Are Not Just Powerful But Respected. It Takes A Lot To Accumulate The Needed Divinity Kr Simply Get A Gods Blessing. Still It Means Nothing As The Workload Doesn't Change Much]

"Wait that means. Moira."

[Yes. She Has More Chances. The Five Of Them Have More Chances Of Rising To Godhood]

"From the very onset you knew all this, that's why you didn't change my mind or wait. Are you able to feed me ideas or make me do things I do not..."

[While I Would Love To Use You To Do Smarter Things I Have No Such Concept. I Am You. No I'm Not Able To Affect Your Thoughts More Than Talking With You And We Both Know This. More Like I Do]

Erizos remained silent thinking about all the coincidence in several things. From meeting the human Moira, to the Bontruks, Gerasmine's villagers and now realizing the soul essence thing was actually related to divinity.

Anyone would think he had been seeing the bigger picture but he honestly was just going with the flow. Doing things one by one and basically letting the events pull him along. He never claimed to be smart but he knew he'd fight to survive and live this new life he had as a god.

But now he couldn't help but feel like he was being controlled by something and be didn't like it. No one liked having decisions made for them and while he knew head all of his he could only doubt as everything was aligning too much to be coincidental.

Erizos sighed before shaking his head and rubbing his face. His inner voice was right. Upsetting about a suspicion would do nothing. So deciding to curse at fate for whatever he felt he focused at the next matter at hand.

There was a goddess and a god. Time to make a godling. Without the laying down part. Erizos didn't know if he should feel sad or good about it.
