125 - Unfinished,World core

Trying to explain to a seething double-sized being how his favorite activity was ruined wasn't as easy as Gerasmine imagined.

Especially with her kids completely ignoring her and focused on their scrolls that seemed to have retained their lost functions.

Well, she did say to stay back while she explained. Looking at the almost two hundred feet titan she couldn't help but gulp as his four eyes simmered with rage, even the blue pools of beauty that was usually calm igniting as well.

Yet surprisingly he made no comments or accusations simply sighing with a grievance as he eyed the problem behind him.

Then in his eyes, he saw the information in a way that was helpful to deal with.

WORLD - UNNAMED

SUN - DUZTROZ

GALACTIC SYSTEM - UNNAMED

UNIVERSE LOCATION - MITAWAS

GRADE - PERFECT IV

INHABITANTS - NON

(UNFINISHED) (CORRUPTED)(UNBALANCED)

UNFINISHED -

Birth temporarily halted.

RUINED -

Unknown parasitic entity infesting and consuming world core.

UNBALANCED -

Battling off an energy-consuming parasite. Core unstable.

Erizos was still annoyed at how exactly a strike from so far off would send whatever it was his children and Gerasmine fought straight into his still unstable world.

But it didn't matter now.

What did he have to do?

[We can't separate the energy. At least not yet. Removing it from the core will mean severing the core halfway. ]

' Can't I just heal it after that?'

[You'd need even more divinity to do that. You're short on divinity right now, waiting to regenerate all our energy will be too late as the energy would have assimilated with the entire core. ]

'So what do we do? '.

[We descend and we seal that thing in one side of the world core. But. Doing so will mean the inhabitants of this world will have to live with whatever changes this brings them. ]

'Changes. Like infections. Or mutations?'

[Both. Or we could find a way to severely cut off the inhabitants from drawing energy from the earth. ]

'We can't do that.' Erizos shook his head.

'But I know what we can do. This might actually be helpful in a way. '

[First, we seal it.]

"Keep an eye out for any change" The All-father commanded his eyes piercing everyone. The disappointment and anger in his eyes as much as he wanted to keep it hidden were clear as day.

As bad as they felt they knew he was right to feel as such. By letting them guard him in his one defenseless moment he had shown them his trust yet they had failed him. Albeit unintentionally.

Gerasmine sighed with annoyance before turning to glance at a vexed Velces scolding the rest.

PAAH.

"Aissh. Ma." The flame god screamed rubbing his shoulder where the Titan had struck him.

"Why are you scolding them? I was there. And they all did their best considering the situation. It's no one's fault the thing fell into the new world. No one, maybe mine"

"It's not your fault. If any is to be blamed. It should be me. I struck it" Amor argued with a stoic face making a bow. Gerasmine floated to her a frown on her face.

PAAH

"Oww. Mum"

"If you blame yourself then what are we supposed to do? Your strike stopped us from getting devoured. Even your father knows it's none of your fault that's why his angry. He looks disappointed but he's angrier that he couldn't help you all take it down." her eyes moved over them.

" Our lady is right. " A calm voice spoke.

" Dundriel ! " Velces exclaimed with a smile on his face. The flame god had an uncanny respect and admiration for this earth Askolve.

"I remember our first war against the anti-life. We were overwhelmed while ABN ÊIKE created Duztroz. Heh". Syrin:s melodious voice floated from right beside Dumdriel. A lack of surprise at her appearance showed how close both Azkolves were.

" Hah. it feels like just yesterday." she sighed.

" He saved us from being overwhelmed. And he wasn't angry at us. Imagine our surprise when he apologized to us".

Gerasmine's head bobbed in agreement. "See. You don't have to worry. Once your father fixes whatever that thing did down there he'll be calm."

" Where's he going? " Hangiram asked his words drawing their attention to the descending god.

Erizos in a streak of gold, black and white descended into the still-birthing world.

"I thought gods couldn't descend in worlds".

[Not yet. Divinity disrupts the boundaries between the several realities in a world. As such true forms shouldn't get too near]

The god a streak of energy almost like a redo of his entrance in Fiarin broke through the boundary and arrived into the desolate world.

Lightning and thunder could be felt in the air. The boundary of divine energy that was still forging the world kept Duztros light out. As such the world was a dark place. Very dark.

With only his body and the little flashes of lightning here and there for visibility Erizos could only release VISENDUS.

"It... its..."

[Amazing?]

He nodded, lost for words his mind admiring a world at birth up close.

[Then we cut out the vile energy and keep it at bay.]

"Indeed. But first, we find it."

Landing softly atop what was still to be terraformed land the god could only gasp in awe. His eyes took in the immediate vicinity while his senses painted a picture of the surroundings to him.

VISENDUS was large by now. So large it encompassed a lot of distance in the cosmos. Something that this world was smaller than.

Walking around his senses picked up something making him pause as he turned southward.

"I think that's the world core"

[Most likely. Get ready. Whatever this thing is I doubt it'll go down without a fight]

"The children beat him quite well."

[I saw their fight. It drained a drop of ichor from Eth'ela to get stronger. ]

" It touched my cute one. " Erizos boomed angered.

[Funny. You wanted a warrior. Now you like a cute one]

Sigh. Shaking his head he agreed. "What's done is done. At least she's still powerful in her own right. No one should be able to touch her if she trains better".

[True. Anyway. If it's consuming divinity. Then we know why the world's growth is stalled. It needs divinity to complete the terraforming and creation. Also. It might also be getting stronger with how much it's taking]

So batman and his robin chatted as they ran across the desolate black plains of a yet-to-be-reborn Gotham. Each was ready for the fight against the Joker who had dared to infest their city.

Finally dropping down a huge hole in the center of the ground where a myriad of lights was seen below getting dull Erizos braced for a fight.

Yet the god couldn't believe the sight that greeted him.

He dropped for only a few seconds either his large form or the core's relative closeness to the surface helping to accelerate his arrival. Halting mid-air in a hover his eyes all widened he noted the large eldritch entity that was laying sprawled across the cavern while its roots wrapped around the huge ball of glowing colors that at the moment he dwarfed.

One such root or two were embedded within the core permanently. A solid line of gold veins that snaked up to its chest as it lay there mending wounds inflicted by his children while its size increased slowly but obviously.

Scanning the core with true scan he noted its details.

WORLD CORE - UNNAMED

WORLD - UNNAMED

MOON - NONE

SUN - DUZTROS

GRADE - PERFECT V

[WEAKENING] [UNFINISHED]

[WEAKENING]

Unknown parasitic entity infesting and consuming world core.

[UNFINISHED]

(Birth) - world terraforming - temporarily halted.

Noting this status ailments he glared at the Eldritch, the obvious parasitic entity here.

"Are you satisfied enough"?"

The question like thunder to the Eldritch had it rising in speed as its greenish eyes locked onto the hovering god.

Without being told the entity sensed that only an erasing awaited it if it dared attack.

So time went on. One stood as it waited watching while one hovering eyes narrowed on the connected root as it pondered.

'Why not just sever that root? Easy peasy eh'
