BMZ Headline: "I got carried away and hurt the woman I love along the way."

College football superstar Noah S. admits to cheating on his long-term girlfriend, Amy Fitzgerald. BMZ learned that the couple was on hot waters the night before the game due to a disagreement. Noah's team members told BMZ that Noah seemed very down and out of it the night before. We also learned that he wasn't in his best mood the day of the championship game. Rumor has it that the mogul's daughter was unhappy about Noah's personal decisions and threatened to break up with him the day before the game. Feeling a little overwhelmed, Noah, in his public statement, said that what he did to Amy was unforgivable, and he hopes he will one day be forgiven.

Amy and Noah have been dating for 8 years and were 'couple goals' until the recent scandal. Amy Fitzgerald has yet to make a statement.

"I think it's best you turn off your phone or maybe deactivate your social media; these trolls are getting out of hand," Celine said while turning off the tv across Amy's bed.

"She's right, you know," Maddie said, sitting on the chair next to Amy's bed. "That piece of shit, I will never forgive him for what he did to you. The fact that he had asked me to help choose your engagement ring.. ugghhhh. He has some nerve to say 'intense personal and professional emotion' took the best of him as an excuse? Fuck that." Maddie said more harshly this time.

Both Celine and Maddie looked at Amy. They have never seen Amy this broken-hearted.

She and Noah have always had the best relationship since they started dating. They both love each other. As far as Maddie could remember, Noah was obsessed with Amy. 'What in the world was Noah thinking?' Maddie thought as she looked at her pitiful little sister.

It's been two days since the incident, and Amy still couldn't believe the misery she was in. She couldn't eat or get out of her bed. Her body was weak from pain. Her heart's aching, making it impossible for her to get a hold of herself. She felt like a bucket of ice had been thrown on top of her. She felt like a fool.

"I want to be alone, please," Amy pleaded.

"Okay, Aims, but remember to at least eat or do something that relaxes you, like painting or reading," Maddie's concerned voice echoed through the room.

"We are leaving, but we will be checking on you. We are here for you, Amy" Celine held Amy's hands.

After Maddie and Celine left, Amy started crying again. The pain was too much to bear.

Amy looked at her phone and saw that Noah had texted her:

**Hon, please, talk to me. It was foolish of me. I couldn't live without you. Please forgive me. I'll wait until you can forgive me. You are the love of my life, Amelia. Always have been. I love you. I will become a better person, I promise.

Amy grabbed the shirt on top of her chest and tightened her grip. She cried again. Noah's message felt like she had been stabbed in the heart. Adding salt to the wound, Amy looked at her phone's screensaver; it was her and Noah the year before- they were in Hawaii and in love.

Then Amy's phone starts buzzing nonstop.

*ding: one sns message: how dare you ruin Noah.

*ding: one sns comment: I mean, I couldn't blame Noah. This girl screams princess trash to me

*ding: one sns comment: die bitch. Noah is better off without you.

*ding: one sns message: how dare you cause drama before the game? Good thing Noah is such a superstar. He can pull it off after you fight with him. Do you call yourself a human? Trash.

*ding: one sns comment: this is what happens when you date a daughter from a wealthy family with no ambition in life; they want to pull you down. Noah has to make a public statement to defend her. How much money are we talking about?

*ding: one sns comment: I heard she's a doctor. Lmfao. How much money did her family pay for her school? Here comes another quack doctor. I can't believe she had to create drama before the game. Attention-seeking bitch.

*ding: one sns message: Noah doesn't deserve you. If you have shame, please leave him alone and do not exist.

*ding: one sns comment: die bitch, the world would be better off without you.

Amy had to stop herself from reading her sns notifications. She doesn't even know how they found her sns. Amy had a pseudo name and has not let Noah tag her on any of his posts.

Since the BMZ story got out, she had received hate comments every second of the day. Noah's fans are batshit angry at her; for what?

Amy didn't understand the hate. She was the one that got cheated on, so why are they angry at her? The hate coming toward Amy took a toll on her; she thought they were right. She better be gone and get lost.

——

Amy jumped out of bed; sweat all over the nooks on her body. 'It's that damn nightmare again,' Amy thought to herself.

She was about to get out of bed when she realized she was not in her room.

Amy looked around her surroundings, 'Where is she? What happened last night?'

"You awake?" Amy almost died of a heart attack when he realized it was Jim's voice behind the door. "Can I come in?"

"Y-yes, I am. Come in," Amy said, covering herself with the blanket and revealing only her face.

"Morning sunshine" Jim's enthusiasm caught her off guard. He was wearing a plain oversized white t-shirt and black sweatpants. His hair was unkempt, yet he looked like he just got out of a photo shoot. 'How can a human be this handsome?'

"Why don't you wash first, then let's eat breakfast. The hangover soup I made should be ready soon." Jim sat at the edge of the bed, still looking at Amy.

"The washroom is on your left. There should be a door leading to my closet. Choose whatever you feel comfortable wearing. Unless you wanna wear your dress from last night." Jim stood up this time, his hands on his side pockets. "I'll drive you home after we eat," Jim then proceeded to get out of the room.

Amy didn't get the chance to answer. She was so embarrassed and confused at the same time. How and when did she get here?

'Please stay with me,' she remembered throwing herself to Jim.

"Ahhhh," Amy screamed under the pillow, annoyed at herself.

"I should wash up and ask him what happened last night. Since I am still on my dress, I'm pretty sure nothing happened, right?" Amy began talking to herself.

After washing up, Amy went towards Jim's closet. All of his sweatpants are too long for her. So she chose a white button shirt covering just a little above her knees. She folded the sleeves till they reached her elbows and put her hair in a ponytail.

"I just have to ask for forgiveness and forget this ever happened," she comforted herself.

Amy walked towards the kitchen to find Jim preparing the table. Amy can't help but blush. ' I am eating breakfast with Jim. My sister would die if she knew' Amy giggled silently.

"Well, someone's in a good mood" Jim caught Amy smiling. "Hungry?" He asked.

"Starving," Amy smiled and sat down.

Jim made a breakfast feast. The hangover soup was phenomenal. Amy doesn't eat breakfast, but she ate the whole bowl and all of the side dishes.

"That was delicious, thank you very much" Amy stood up and began cleaning the table.

"I can see that you enjoyed the food. I mean, I could barely get any," Jim teased Amy.

Amy glared at Jim who was still sitting; smiling in his chair, drinking orange juice. Amy continued to wash and dry the dishes.

"Do you not like orange juice?" Jim asked.

"I do, but I prefer coffee."

"You should have told me; I could have brewed some"

"You already did so much. Thank you, I must have been such a nuisance since last night. I hope I didn't get you in trouble." Amy said, regret showing all over her face.

"I hope so, too," Jim casually teased Amy. Amy turned red.

"Did I perhaps do something stupid last night? I don't remember anything. I must have been so drunk," Amy said softly, looking at her feet.

"Are you ready? I can drive you to your place. Unless you want to stay here and wear my shirt all day, that's fine with me too," Jim said, ignoring Amy's question.

"Ha, you wish." Amy then looked around to gather her things. "Ready when you are."
