Scott looked like he was getting ready to leave. I walked over to him.

"Hey, where are you going?" I asked him.

"Deaton called and apparently there is someone outside the vet office who has been asking about me." He explained. I nodded.

"You're not going alone," I warned him. He sighed.

"Bonnie, I'll be okay. I'm an alpha."

"I don't care if you're the Pope. You're not going alone. That's basically suicide." I kept my foot down.

"She's right, Scott," Derek spoke up, walking into the room. I nodded and crossed my arms in front of my chest.

"Fine, then come with me." He gave in. I nodded and grabbed a jacket and pocketed a couple of weapons.

"I've slept enough." I heard Lydia arguing with Stiles. "We need to work on cracking this."

"Fine, but if you yawn, you're sleeping more." He warned her. I laughed.

"I'm going with you, Bonnie." Caroline walked over to me. I nodded and gave her a small hug. I'm so glad she's here. Yeah, it's shitty conditions, but it's nice seeing my best friend.

"Let's go." Derek gestured to the door.

"We'll be back in a bit." I called out to Stiles. He looked at me and nodded. He gave me a look that told me to be careful. I nodded and followed them out the door. We piled into Derek's car and road in silence. Things feel tense. It's this whole situation. There's someone about everyone trying to kill you that ups the stress levels.

As soon as we pulled into the parking lot of Deaton's practice, we saw the person who Scott was talking about. He looks our age, but that doesn't mean anything. Teenagers are just as capable of killing, as everyone else is. We got out of the car, slowly. I took a deep breath and tried to use magic to feel out the situation, but I was being blocked. Scott started walking forward and I glued myself to his side. If he's walking into something, he's not going alone. Derek and Caroline were right behind us.

"Hey Scott, it's been a long time. The mystery guy greeted him. Scott frowned.

"Do I know you?" He asked him.

"I'm Theo. I moved away from Beacon Hills a long time ago." He introduced himself. A look of recognition dawned on Scott's face. That doesn't mean anything. Just because Scott used to know him, doesn't mean that he won't try to kill us. "When I heard about a true alpha in Beacon Hills, I knew I had to come back. I want to be part of your pack." He explained as he let his eyes flash blue. I stiffened next to Scott and took a small step forward. "Are these your pack-mates?" Theo gave an easy smile that was meant to be charming but sent chills down my spine. I kept trying to probe with my magic, but I was left hitting a wall. This isn't right. Something about him just isn't right. I don't like this. I touched Scott's arm and shook my head. He nodded and Derek and Caroline crept even closer to us. Theo's smile faded. "Come on, can't you trust an old friend?" Theo tried, again.

"I guess not," Scott told him.

"Then listen to my heartbeat and see if I'm lying." He suggested.

"Or you could just be a good liar," I spoke up. Theo looked over at me like I suddenly caught his interest.

"So, you're the witch?" He asked, taking a step closer to me. "Tell me, am I lying?" He smirked. I grasped his hand before he could protest and used the bulk of my magic to try and read him. I'm still being blocked, but I can pick up the general characteristics of his aura. It's nauseating. No one's aura is the same, but he is seriously twisted. It's all foul-smelling black and deep green. It feels poisoned, almost. I opened my eyes and Theo's smirk just grew. I glared at him and channeled my energy into giving him an aneurism, instead. I brought him to his knees but didn't let us.

"Who are you working for?" I asked him, in a low voice.

"I already told you." He huffed, grimacing in pain.

"No, you lied." I retorted. The longer he suffered through the aneurism, the more I could see his intentions. His memories flashed in front of my eyes, as I heard Scott protest next to me.

"Bonnie, you'll kill him." He said, worriedly.

"Relax, I won't kill him. I just need to see what he's up to." I replied. I gasped, as I saw him kill his sister. His own sister? He was working with scary looking doctors. I saw him talking to Esther. What is he up to? I pushed a little harder and I saw Esther agreeing to give him immortality in exchange for his partnership in taking us down. I released him and left him a panting mess on the floor. "Let's go. He's working for Esther." I told them. Scott looked like he wanted to say something, but Caroline just followed me back to the car. Derek convinced Scott to leave Theo where he was. Deaton was safe. We drove back to Lydia's in silence. My phone went off.

'We cracked it. You guys need to get here. I'm not sure what this means, but we're going to need to talk to Crowley. This isn't good.

-Stiles'

I frowned as I read Stiles' text. It seems like every time we catch a break, we have two more setbacks. Well, at least it's something.

"What is it?" Derek asked me.

"Lydia and Stiles cracked the rest of the Deadpool. Stiles said we'll need to talk to Crowley. With Theo showing up… it can't be a coincidence. They're getting desperate. I just wish I knew what that meant."
