AKESHA dropped by Cheng's mansion the following night. She only wanted to see Howie but did not expect to find Bien at home. It appeared they had just finished their dinner.

"Akesha! What a pleasant surprise! I thought you'd already forgotten this old man." Howie beamed at seeing her in the living room.

Akesha greeted the man with a quick peck on his cheek. "I've attended a doctor's convention, Uncle. So, might as well visit you."

"Come, have you eaten?" She guided him to the dining room.

"Yes, I did. I'm full." Akesha's eyes surveyed the house. "Is Hyrum home?"

Bien came over. "Aren't you together?"

Akesha ignored the shade Bien was throwing. She looked up at him. "As much as I want to catch up with Hyrum, I can't contact him."

"My son is still at his rebellious stage, darling. Are you going to stay tonight?"

"Yes, Uncle." Akesha smiled. She used to stay in this house before. Staying here for a night was not a big deal.
