"SHALL WE?" Levi gently clasped her hand as they went up the stairs when Lei left. "Will your friend be really okay with this? Because honestly, I don't have the plan to leave your side."

"Lei will be fine. He'll understand."

Shari continued to scan the house. The hallway had a security camera installed. She hoped that the guest room was safe. If not, it would be hard for her to communicate with Lei and Hyrum, especially with Visha and Sage, that need to use special gadgets.

"I hope you like this. My room is next to yours. Just knock if you need something," Levi said when they were inside the guest room.

"Thank you." Shari held her head again. Levi quickly guided her to the queen-sized bed and let her sit.

"What medicine do you take? I'll call our private doctor—"
