CHAPTER 118

  Sophia Archer

A man in his mid-sixties was working on his laptop in a towering building in the heart of M-City when a thud sound from the door boomed around the room, revealing a young woman with a furious countenance. As their strategy failed, the woman hammered on the door, glancing at the man.

“Are you telling me you failed?” The young lady frowned.

It seems to me that the pregnant woman cast a spell on him. But I have just a plan. Since he didn’t chase me out and decided to watch the whole act, I might as well next time make her put to bed right away. I mean, the scumbag child that she is carrying has no right to live and ought to perish. I ought to be the one who is expecting a child, not that worthless, worthless, good-for-nothing, nobody.

  “What are your plans?”

“Let’s just say I know he won’t inform his wife about my actions today, since he doesn’t want anything bad to happen to her or his baby. I’ll take advantage of it.”
