I almost laughed at the mental pep talk I was giving myself but I knew I needed it. This was a practice match among the team members as a way of preparing for the game but I felt as if I had just walked into an unfamiliar territory even though the coach and I had spent so much time preparing the gameplays. Why the hell was I so nervous?

"Walker, keep your head in the game," the coach yelled from across the rink.
