my dream is to start my strong hotel with 5 star

how i will achieve this target? i was started to save few money at bank i will apply for loan to get capital to start small coffee shop then this coffee shop will help me to start my hotel that will called PARADIZE POINT 75 RESORT HOTEL

it will have 270 room and big swimming pool and modern big dinning so foolish man will become billionaire in my country
