ASMA AND THE ANONYMOUS LADY

The next morning came and it is going the way it should. Ella is preparing for work so as Shamim and Malik while Lola is getting the young girls ready for school.

"Kylie! Will you get here right now! You are going to be late for school!" Lola says at the top of her voice sounding already exhausted in her voice as she helps Kim in dressing up.

"You already sound and look exhausted mom, I think it's high time we employed a maid already." Shamim whispers to his mom as he knots his tie.

"I tell her this everyday, but she wouldn't listen." Says Malik.

"Only God knows why she never listens to us." Ella says and walks downstairs holding Kylie.

"It took you so long just to get your bag?" Lola asks Kylie immediately she sees her ignoring everyone's comment on her getting a maid.

"I was with sister Ella." Kylie replies with her ever tiny voice and smiles.

"Come and have breakfast, else you'd be late for school." Lola walks to the dining area and starts serving the family's food.

"Good morning sunshine." Malik says and kisses his eldest daughter on her fore head.

"How was your night dad?" Ella asks with a smile.

"It was nice but short." He looks around and whispers to his daughter's ears. "Me and your mom got busy at some point."

"Stop it dad!" she says and chuckles.

"Will you all come and have your breakfast or you want to stay there and chat." Lola says with a bit of authority in her voice.

Immediately the entire family walks to the dining table and sits, leaving what they were doing behind. Even Shamim abandon his tie half way.

"Shamim, you always seem to have problems with your tie, when are you ever going to learn how to knot a tie properly?" Ella mocks as she puts a spoon of food in her mouth.

"You can mock as much as you want, all I know is I can't ever get better with this tie." He replies accepting the attack.

"You better learn it, you dressing isn't complete without it." Lola adds.

"I wish the use of it can actually be abolished, apparently that is the only problem I have."

"Mom, I want a bicycle." Kylie whispers charmingly to her mom.

"Tell your father." She replies bluntly.

"My dear, I can't get you a bicycle for now until you are ten. You keep on having serious injuries with the bicycle, and I am not in for that anymore." Malik says not waiting for his daughter to even ask him.

Kylie's face grows sad immediately and she looks at Shamim hoping to get a raise from him in the issue on ground.

"Don't look at me like that baby girl, I am not supporting you on this one."

Kylie sighs deeply and turns her gaze to her sister too.

"I am not supporting you too." Ella retorts. "The last time, you sprained your ankle."

"Fine." The young girl whispers accepting her fate.

Ella didn't bother discussing the message she got some hours ago with anyone, she didn't want to disturb or bother anyone with her personal problems.

Asma walks out of her building, buckling her bag and looking at the environment vividly hoping to get a cab as soon as possible. "I hope I get a cab as soon as possible." She whispers to herself as she still continues to look at the environment, then someone catches her attention. A lady wearing a big polo and a face cap, a pair of jean and sneakers is standing opposite her at the side of the road. Asma could only tell she was a lady because of her hair, but the lady's face is somehow hidden under the face cap. "Why does it look as if she is looking at me?" She asks herself and takes her eyes off the lady because it makes her uncomfortable.

After some minutes, a cab shows up and Asma is so happy that she smiles broadly, she holds the car's door handle to open but something intrigued her to look at the lady from earlier again, but surprisingly she is no where to be found. Asma quickly tries to search for her around again with her eyes but all to no avail. "Where did she go so quick?" She asks herself as she enters the cab.

In some minutes, Asma arrives at her place of work. She pays the cab man and alights from the cab, after gently shutting the car's door, only for her to look up and see the lady she saw some minutes ago is a tanding almost opposite her again. "Am i hallucinating?" She asks and blinks her eyes before rubbing it with her palms. "Why is she here again!" She asks and makes her way into the building but her attention is so fixed on the unknown lady.

She sits on her chair and sighs. "It's really going to be a long day today I know right." She says to herself and goes through some files on her desk. "I have a lot of documents I have to go through."

Even though it's still some minutes before the normal office resumption time, Asma starts working immediately to avoid any delay of complaints from their boss. She didn't even have any time to think of the message and calls she received some hours ago. The young lady works straight till lunch time, and by then she is done with all her work. "Heaven is on my side today." She says with a smile and picks up her bag stretching her entire body because it has been stuck in one position for hours. "Hi Missy." She greets a colleague as she walks out.

As a worker, it's very normal to have a usual spot or restaurant for lunch, so Amsa did have one. She walks into the restaurant with a smile and a very heart whelming welcome by one of the securities, she sits and places her order. After some minutes, the food arrives and she starts eating.

The lady from earlier walks in briskly and sits directly behind Asma and folds her arms not doing anything, just watching Asma.
